The house was wonderful. The only "complaint/remark" I would make is that all rental units should have a Swifter wet mop available to clean the floors. With all 43 adults and kids in and out of the house it, would've been nice to be able to quickly clean the floor. No, not all 43 of us stayed there, but we did have a wonderful family dinner with 32! I would absolutely rent this house again. It is right across the lagoon from the house that my in-laws built in the 70's. There were many, many fun memory stories told while we were there. Our two youngest grandchildren learned to ride their bikes on the beach, a new wonderful memory! I look forward to coming back soon.

We have stayed at this property for the past 5+ years and love the home, the location and the Destionation Vacation staff.
All (minor) problems were resolved quickly and the owner acted on several of our suggestions to improve the property.
We'll be back next year. -

I had the priviledge of staying in this home in august of 2010. I visited with my girlfriend and lovely family, for a week of fun in the sun. Upon our arrival, I was completely unprepared for the home I was about to see.
Pulling up into one of two driveways for this home, it was surreal. The landscaping and exterior is well maintained, the curb appeal is as expected in Hilton Head, and I couldn't get out of my car fast enough. Staff did an excellent job of cleaning this home, having just seen the last family leave earlier, it's impressive how spotless the inside was. The kitchen is spacious, if not gigantic, and perfect for the family to spend time in. I believe we spent as much time sitting at the kitchen counter laughing and telling stories as we did by the pool deck.
Outside, whether day or night, the pool was an unlimited treasure trove of fun. Kids and adults were in this pool constantly, and it was very clean with a perfect temperature. Being that it was 95 degrees just about, this was a well appreciated feature of the home. The connected apartment area above the garage was also a blessing. It was a perfect place to unwind with two children while others were spending time in the pool or in the main living room.
Amenities were throughout the home including inside/outside speaker system, granite counter tops (Beautiful!), and a fully furnished kitchen. A washer and dryer was an added bonus, and no one for this week adventure ever 'needed' anything, it was all provided. This home made quite an impression on myself as well as my family. Having never been to Hilton Head, it was almost heart wrenching to leave after staying here. If you want to feel at home, live in luxury, and make unforgettable moments with family and friends, you can not go wrong relaxing here. Before even being home, we all decided we wanted to go back. My hats go off to the owners, groundskeepers, and anyone who has a hand in this property. You cannot ask for anything more nor need to ask for anything more. With a 30 second walk to the beach, this was truly heaven. -
