We had an extended family vacation and everyone had a great time. On the beach so kids able to fish and crab from the shore. Dolphins swim nearby and even saw a baby dolphin. Short distance to jet skis, dining and entertainment. All are ready to come back next summer!

We absolutely love this home and have already booked it for 2013 (which will be our 3rd year). We are a group of 8 women in our 50s who have gotten together at Hilton Head for the past 13 years. This home is perfect for us. We spend our days relaxing on the screened in porch or on the deck, both of which overlook Calibogue Sound... and where we can easily see the dolphins fishing and playing in the morning and at dusk. The deck has several nice lounge chairs. It's only a few steps to the beach and we enjoy riding our rented bikes on the beach at low tide. We can even see the lighthouse at Harbour Town from the beach.
The home is very open and casual. It has 4 BR and 4Ba (2 levels) and a kitchen stocked with all the necessary utensils, etc. The rental agency supplies nice soaps, shampoo, and lotion in each bath... and is very responsive to any questions or issues that may arise. The pool is very private and only a short walk down the street. The free wi-fi and long distance service is appreciated... as are the TVs in every room. They usually have a couple of beach chairs so we don't need to bring our own. We all highly recommend this home for your next relaxing vacation in Sea Pines! -

We recently spent a week at 37 Lands End. Fabulous spot. Had our 3 adult kids and their spouses/significant others for a total of 8 and it was well suited for our needs. Such a great location. Condo is nicely appointed and the dolphin show multiple times per day was spectacular! This is the 3rd location for us on HHI and we would definitely rent again. Nice to have 4 baths as well. Enjoyed the screen porch and outside deck.

This house was great for all ages, we had a 6 month old up to an 82yo.
The 4 bathrooms made all the difference in our stay. Kitchen well stocked. Cute and comfortable and clean. Accommodates large groups for entertaining. Very close to the beach which is uncrowded and "private" feeling; the water is calm with no pull, you can watch the dolphins swim by. Easy access to fish, canoe, Kayak. Golf galore. Walk to South Beach in minutes. Loved the View. We'll be back next year. -

The house was in great shape and clean. The view of the sound was awesome - we saw several dolphins morning and night and the sunsets were beautiful! We rented bikes on the island for our two sons. They rode on the bike trails everyday and had a blast. Sea Pines Resort is excellent!!

TorontoThe good life in Lands End
Left on 04/14/2012 for a stay in March 2012
We have rented this "home away from home" for 3 years and have reserved for next year, so you can safely conclude that we like #37. Most appealing are the Lands End neighborhood, the home's open free access to beach and ocean and the space it provides for family and friends. We find the people at Destination Vacation friendly, helpful and accommodating. The house is user-friendly in decor and could use some sprucing up, especially its aging appliances and external appearance.

Left on 09/28/2011 for a stay in September 2011
The home was nicely appointed and had great amenities (nice soaps, shampoo & lotion in each bath; plenty of deck chairs and seating throughout; kitchen well stocked). Destination Vacation personnel were very friendly and helpful (Hudson was great in teaching us how to work the TVs!). We absolutely loved the screened porch and the deck. Even when the weather was rainy, we could enjoy watching the dolphins and birds over Calibogue Sound. We also like having a bath for each of the 4 bedrooms and having a computer as well as wireless available. Would like to have more rocking chairs on the porch (we're getting to be old fogies!) and a player for our Ipods. The 8 of us have been coming to Hilton Head/Sea Pines for over 10 years. We enjoyed this home immensely and will be back again next year!

It was perfect. There was 10 of us. We had plenty of room, and the condo had everything we needed. We were right on the beach. We even swam with dolphins. We all had a ball. I hope we can do it again.

Loved my first stay at lands end. Had most everything we needed. Liked the decor and the place was clean I have a few suggestions... An umbrella for the deck (when needed) would be nice...could store it in closet when not in use. Also attach wood walkway to boardwalk or plant grass so the walk behind deck isn't so hard on your feet. Maybe plant a few palm trees or oleanders for a buffer between adjoining house.

First, the rental company was so easy and delightful to work with. Second, the
house is great! Comfortably decorated in a beachy way, which we loved. The
rooms are big, slept 9 people easily. More than enough bathrooms, although
they could be updated at some point. The deck is GREAT, with really
comfortable lounge chairs, and the screened porch has a comfortable table
and chairs. I think the table may be a bit big for the porch, truthfully. That is
my only complaint. THe views are fabulous, the beach is easy to get to, all the
Sea Pines beaches, but the beach right outside the door was great. We had a
great week where the wind was favorable to our side of the beach. I highly
recommend this house!! -

Left on 07/30/2009 for a stay in July 2009
My family has been visiting HH for 30 years and, for all but 2 of those years, we stayed on Lands End which we love. The house was fine and in a great position but, as I mentioned, the bed in the master bedroom was shocking. When we complained to the agent, the response was: "If you don't like it, we'll cancel the lease and you can find somewhere else to stay". Totally unacceptable and, of course, we will never rent through this agent again.

Destination Vacation and the homeowner were very reqretful that we were unable to replace the mattress during your stay. It has been replaced with a brand new mattress.

OUR STAY AT 37 LANDS END WAS VERY ENJOYABLE
DESTINATION VACATION WAS A GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
THE HOUSE IS QUAINT AND COMFORTABLE. THE ONLY IMPROVEMENT I CAN FIND WORTHY OF MENTIONING IS THE KITCHEN APPLIANCES CAN USE SOME UPDATING. THE VIEW FROM THE DECK IS FABULOUS. THE SHRIMP BOATS, WATCHING PARASAILING AND DOLPHIN WATCHING WERE OUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO. THE LANDS END CUL DE SAC IS A GREAT PLACE TO BE JUST STEPS AWAY FROM SOUTH BEACH. -

Everything about the home was great. The only thing that was a little frustrating was that there was no gas in the grill and the pool key did not work, but other than those 2 things we had a wonderful week. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The house was everything as described and more. We had a family reunion and the layout was perfect. The location is very quiet and this end of the beach had very low traffic. It was close to South Beach Shops and resturants. We could walk to everything. We will be back.
