Brentwood TNGreat vacation, a few drawbacks

The condo was in a great location in Sea Pines, close to the marina and shopping, but not bothered by the crowd and music. It was an easy walk to the beach and pool as well. The layout of the condo was nice, with the bedrooms away from the living area and the general appearance was appealing. The only real negative was then the small things, like the chair in the master BR had a broken leg and the sofas in the LR were well worn and sagging. Also, the kitchen furnishing were frustratingly paltry, with enough plates and utensils for only one meal at a time, mismatched glasses and coffee mugs, few kitchen linens and only one packet of dishwasher detergent. Also, the blanket for the master BR was stained and unclean looking. The bathroom linens were similarly skimpy and thin. These things just seem too cheap not to fix for a classy place like Sea Pines in HHI.

We loved pretty much everything. Beautiful island, nice and ample villa with appropriate equipment, great location directly at the lagoon - alligator included. Wonderful beach just a five minute walk away.
We will always remember this amazing vacation experience! -

We love Sea Pine Plantation and all the amenities! Lovely 3 bedroom condo in a great location for a family vacation. Easy walk to the beach - just a few minute across the street. The unit is also located right next to the South Beach Tennis Club and South Beach Marina so there is never a shortage of things to do. The unit comes with a weekly pass to the South Beach pool. The pool is a short walk, but can get very crowded since it services most condos in the area, that was probably the only downside. . If you're looking for a nice, relaxing family vacation in the heart of South Beach this a great choice!
