105 Abbington is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental located in the gated Palmetto Dunes community. Across the street from the beach, the decorator furnishings and crown moldings give this townhouse a palatial feeling along with the large open living and dining areas with wonderful lagoon views. The main living area has cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows.

Booking was easy and staff was very friendly. I was given all the information that I would need for my stay verbally and that information was sent to me a couple of weeks before we were to leave on vacation.
The home was very nice and in a great location. The inside was clean and had everything you need to make you feel at home. (The only thing would be to update the bedspreads as they had paint on them, but did't take away from everything else.)
The location was more then perfect. You walk out back and you could sit, have a cup of coffee and enjoy the lagoon and it is was suck a peaceful experience. You go out the front and walk across the street and you're at the beach. This is probably one of the nicest stretch of beach on Hilton Head!!
The location was perfect and I thoroughly enjoy the villa. -

The place is really awesome. Had everything i was looking for in the property. Had no issues in anything. The property management was friendly prompt enough to respond for any queries. I would recommend this for peace lovers.

We were looking for a few days to just relax. This fit the bill perfectly! The property and the Island overall are just beautiful. The beach was uncrowded and there were unlimited things to do and wonderful restaurants. I have already recommended Hilton Head to many of my patients, many of whom have never heard of it. (I practice near Chicago). My wife and I plan to repeat this trip annualy about the same time of year.

Apartment was nice. No issues at all. Carpet was a little soiled. Couch was starting to show a little wear. Springs on deck chairs were stretched out.
The pool we were to go to was very dirty most of the week. Not maintained well at all. That was a big disappointment and frustration. However that does not reflect the apartment.
Overall, however, we had a very nice time. Was just very sad the pool was over-crowded and dirty. -

The location of this townhome to the beach was superb! For that reason, we would suggest increasing the rent on this unit slightly and update it!
Update the bathrooms - double sinks would be great
Get rid of all the brass fixtures/fake greenery; needs a better table and chairs on deck to enjoy the beautiful view of the lagoon; need better venting upstairs -- that is a great loft bedroom up there and would be even better if the venting were improved -

I came with three friends for a golf vacation. This was all that we needed and more. Lots of space, very comfortable, clean and quite. I was actually surprised how big the house was. We will gladly be staying here again, once they convince their wives to allow them to go away again.
