Windsor Place Oceanfront Complex ~ Just Steps from the Beach!
106 Windsor Place is the perfect lodging near the beach in Palmetto Dunes. It is just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and provides beautiful views of the oceanfront pool and landscaped gardens. Upon entering the villa, you will see the dining room on the left with a beautiful natural wood colored table with seating for 6, and upholstered antiqued white chairs. The fully equipped kitchen, located to the right of the villa entrance, features granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with 3 bright, comfortable stools, tile flooring and a full sized laundry room.

This was our first trip to HH and Beach Properties gave us so much helpful information! We loved the location of the property on the island, it was perfect for our family with young children. The check in process was easy and the condo was beautiful. The pictures are great but it is even nicer in person! Beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need to feel at home, the unit does not dissapoint. We also loved that the second bedroom had 2 full beds and not twins. The beds were nice and comfortable as well. The property grounds were very well maintained and beautiful. I would highly recommend this unit and Beach Properties! We will be back!

Loved the convenience of elevator and luggage carts to unload upon arrival. Quiet location and good, firm beds, even the fold out queen sleeper sofa, made for restful nights. Relaxing pool to swim laps while children could play in the other pool. Wonderful island location and has become our favorite!

This was our first rental in HH and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Had good info and
help from Beach Properties staff before arriving. We really liked the condo. No
surprises! Nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen along with 42 in. LCD and
wireless service. We also enjoyed the closeness of a lot of restaurants, Fresh
Market food store and shopping. And we were on the beach which allowed a
lot of long walks which we enjoyed. We were there for a month and are already
planning for next year.
Best liked- good beds and furnishings.
Least liked- we ran into all the low temps that the east coast got this year, but

nice location with beach access and a well furnished and maintained property - the pool was a good size and clean and heated. Only downside was a kids roaming at night being loud by the pool.
