11 Lands End is the perfect place for Sea Pines rentals on Hilton Head!!! It is a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath Cape Cod duplex, located on the Calibogue Sound. The South Beach area is very desirable, with the marina being just around the corner. It is the southernmost point of the island and just a one minute walk to the beach. It makes this an ideal location for families with small children.

The easy access to various sources of entertainment was a major factor in our enjoyment of the home. We gathered each morning on the glassed-in back porch to watch the waves recede, walked the beach later, rode bikes down well marked paths, frolicked in the pool in the late afternoon, grilled and had dinner in or went out to experience the cuisine of one of the local restaurants.
On the evening of our arrival, a brief shower passed over, leaving a rainbow dipping down to touch the end of our boardwalk leading to the beach. Amazing! And, not to be outdone by this gift of God, early on the morning of our departure, we glanced out on the back to see four deer grazing in our lawn!

11 Lands End Way is the best property we have stayed in at Hilton Head. Beautiful house with great view and excellent sunsets. Very convenient to all the South Beach Marina activities.

Living room ceiling had water spots from leaks, we saw evidnce of mold in the downstairs bathroom, we stayed in this home when it's current owner bought it in 2005 and really nothing has changed. A little spruce up would be nice..it is getting a little tired.

loved it! could not ask for a better location...beautiful view of the sound...dolphins galore. everyone in our family had an absolutely wonderful time. Beautiful place...relaxing...exactly what vacation should be.

This is our 3rd time staying at 11 LEW. What a terrific vacation home to enjoy with the family! Our two teenage girls (16&17) love it as well. (Older son/wife visited for a few days - home accommodated 6 nicely.) The house is comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated - a warmth like home! Private walkway to quiet, pretty beach. Great suntanning. Dolphins at play every day - some very, very close to you! Beautiful sunsets. Comfortable bike riding distance to Salty Dog/Harbor Town. We'll return for years.

The house itself was comfortable, spectacular views from most of the house. I loved watching the fishing boats go out in the morning and the general quietness. The closeness of the beach and accessability with the private walkway made this the perfect spot to stay. The tenants prior to our stay had smoked in the enclosed patio area which we could not enjoy this for a few days. The staff at Beach Properties did a great job getting the smoke out. It is unfortunate the tenants cannot respect the owners wishes and also for the next renters. A nice short walk to South Beach Marina. Close enough for everything, but still private. I highly recommend this property.

We loved being able to have our meals on the sunporch and watch the ocean. It was perfect, we were close to the beach, while still just a short walk to the boardwalk and the pool. And the gift basket from the owners was such a nice welcome. We visit Hilton Head often and this location did not disappoint us!

My extended family have been taking a winter vacation
in Hilton Head for at least 20 years. We have stayed
in most areas of the island and Lands End is the
best. Of all the homes we have stayed in, 11 Lands
End Way is our all time favorite. The house is well
equipped and furnished but more importantly the
location is the best! Best views of sunsets on the
island, close to South Beach Marina restaurants, etc.
We have stayed in this home for three years in a row
and plan to be back again. You won't find a better
place on Hilton Head Island. -

Our family chose to spend our son's 3rd birthday at a beachfront home on Hilton Head island, and it was more than what we had hoped for. We plan to make a trip to Hilton Head an annual tradition!

This is a great property and have no concerns. The one thing that I would recommend is that the nails on the wood walk way to the beach are poping up and present a danger to get caight into a foot. This should be corrected.
