Its 2nd row with the beach path right outside the front door! 11 Sea Oak Lane has 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms and features ocean views from the dining/living area and several of the bedrooms. It is located off of South Forest Beach Drive in beautiful Hilton Head Island, SC. Just a 2 minute walk to the glimmering Atlantic Ocean!

We had a great time in HH and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of together space and plenty of separate space. The location and views were the best part. Quick and easy access to the beach, and to any location on the island. Definitely would rent this place again.

This is a big, well-furnished, perfectly maintained house with more than enough room for the 14 of us. The kitchen is roomy and well-stocked and the pool is larger than most. It's a very short walk to the beach. I wouldn't exactly call it a ocean view - you can glimpse it in one particular spot - but it doesn't really matter because this is a lovely home that is perfect for a family vacation. Beach Properties was great to work with..

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head Island and especially this home. The layout was very spread out and allowed each member of our group to have plenty of quiet time and also has a partial ocean view.

The vacation rental was superb! The location was great and we throughly enjoyed Hilton Head. It was clean, and very spacious.It was very close to the beach, but the pool was an added bonus. I would definitely rent it again. It was fanastic!

The improvements made since last year were outstanding with one exception. The dining room table only accomodates 8-9 people. For a house of this size that seems inadequate. it definitely was for our group of 13. (Last year the old table seated 10-12.)

We had a fabulous week staying at HHI! The house could not have been better...we love the updates that they have made in the past year! Perfect short walk to the beach with beach views. Tons of space for our family to stretch out or all enjoy time together in the large living area. Great pool especially for young children. We could not have had a more perfect vacation!

Love the house! Our extended family has stayed here for the past 2 years & we love it. It is close to the beach, private pool, spacious & clean! The only thing missing is an ice maker.

This is our second year to rent the house at 11 Sea Oak. It seems to be the perfect location for us. There is not a house directly in front of this one so you can see the ocean from the living area and from three bedrooms. The pool is somewhat shaded during parts of the day, so a good place to get the kids out of the sun for a while during midday. We had our three children and spouses plus five granddaughters ranging in age from 1-12. We had a fantastic week at this house. Also the beach is not crowded at all in front of this house.

Excellent
then only problem I had with this unit was the distance to Coligny plaza. To far away for a comfortable walk. But that was not a big issue. Thanks beach Properies for a wonderful vacation once again -

We went on vacation with extended family. There were 7 adults and 7 children. The layout of the house is wonderful. Each bedroom feels like it is in its own secluded area. When we needed down time or a b aby needed to nap, they could easily do so because of the bedroom layout. Every bedroom had a full bath plus there was a half bath, so getting ready to go to dinner was a snap. We had a great view of the beach and it was less than a 2 minute walk. The pool was fabulous and could accomodate all 14 of us and our rafts. I wouldn't pay for ocean front, when you could rent this house.

Our family was very pleased with the proximity to the beach as well as the beach access right outside the door. The bedrooms were well equipped to accomadate all the adults and children- we had 9 adults and 4 kids. The pool area was a little cramped- not alot of room to sit around. We also wished it had a deck or some sort of outside porch area to sit at night. Overall it was a good place to stay.

We had plenty of room for our extended family and activitites close by for the teens. We enjoyed the large table so that we could all eat together...with a beautiful view! We especially enjoyed the pool in the evenings and the very close,easy walk to the beach. It was nice to have many bedrooms so that our growing family could be accomodated with its new "couples" needing private sleeping quarters. We had a fabulous time and hope to return next year. Perfect home for grandchildren. We have 8 from ages 7 to 8 months. The home accommadated 16 people. all the "grands" plus there parents and us, the grandparents. It is located on a quiet street across from the beach and not on a through street. It was perfect for supervised bike and scooter rides. Pool was in the shade enough to keep children protected some from harsh sun.

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 12. Everyone had their own bath which was a very nice feature. They also were able to have their own privacy because of the way the house was configured. Beach Properties staff was very helpful in helping me pick out the perfect house for our family. I love working with them.

We enjoyed our stay at 11 Sea Oak Lane. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well supplied with all the necessary items to cook and enjoy our meals. The house was very clean and accomodated all of us well. The laundry room came in handy. The gas grill was nice to have and ready to use. The pool was heated and we used it every day. The location of the house was convenient and close to the ocean. We would definitely consider renting again in the future.

The house was clean and neat upon arrival. The set up is a little odd in that you have to go up to go down and down to go up. We went with 4 adults and 4 kids and the accomodations worked well. The home was in a perfect location to the beach and was right in front of the beach path. The neighborhood was quiet. The two issues were as follows: 1. Cars were broken into in our driveway and up and down street. 2. Backyard was too small for our group. Not alot of room to play or layout and pool was a little dirty.

I am so sorry to hear about the incident with your cars and hopefully the sheriff's department is on higher alert. The lots on that street are not real deep and the pool takes up most of the back yard. We have been struggling with the heavy dose of pollen this year and the pools are really suffering...along with our allergies!

Our stay in July was our first visit to Hilton Head. Without question it was one of our most memorable vacations ever. The feeling of being at home was the best experience. The whole family was able to come and go with no worries of crowds or crowded beaches.
