Hilton Head Forest Beach rentals, like 111 Ocean One, is a fantastic location for a family vacation. 111 Ocean One is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath ground floor villa with a sliding door that opens from the living room out to a private patio, leading directly to the pool and beach path. This is a perfect location for children and adults as there are no stairs required and it is easy access to and from the pool and beach.

Thought I reviewed this before and Give this apt very good marks. Did my Kindle ever show up? I think I left it in the master suite it's in a red Leather cover. Check out time is too early, Especially considering no one was coming in that day or the next day. Best sunrises in the world!

This is a great place for families with small children. The pool is right by the patio. It also has very good privacy with trees and bushes around the patio. Beach is just down the path. Very convenient. Very clean too.

The location of this condo couldn't be beat! It is on the ocean, with a great pool, and next to a great plaza. The condo itself is very dated and had some issues. Some of these issues were resolved quickly by staff. The furniture was totally shot, and had been for awhile. The beds weren't in too bad of shape. There are only parking places for 2 cars available - I was told 3 wouldn't be a problem - and we had a fight to get the 3rd. Overall, I would not stay at this property again.

During this past off season the owner of this property has completed numerous upgrades and renovations including new granite countertops in the kitchen, new living room furniture, new carpeting in the bedrooms, tile in the living room and all of the wall paper in the villa has been removed and painted. Loved the location. You could walk to resturants,shops & grocery store.We had family living near.It was very convenient.
We liked that we were right on the beach. It was great taking our morning walk just by walking out the door.
The place was large enough to have family over. The pool area wasn't crowded during the day and it was kept really clean.
We liked it very much. It was the best place we have rented in Hilton Head. Beach Properties were excellent to work with. We would like to rent this place again next year. -

Because of the threat of oil on the beaches in the gulf, we changed our plans at the last minute to go to the atlantic Coast. I'm so glad we discovered #111 Ocean One. We plan to come back to the exact same unit. Walk out the back door and step into the pool. The first floor was very convenient for our family with a 5 year old, 8 year old, 10 year old and a 13 year old.

The staff was very accomadating and frendly,the home was located in an area that was within walking distance of places to eat and shop,the lay out was great for our family,we did notice that there was alot of maintence needed on lights,no ventilation for the bathrooms,living room carpet was stained and some of the doors could repainted and repaired.I'm sure it is hard to schudale repairs but my job is located around equiptment and they all have back up alarms and when I go on vacation the last thing I want to hear is construction noises all day and that was the most disturbing part for our group. I would suggest that you atleast inform the client if you have construction projects planed. This was very disapointing and inconvenent.

The property was perfect for our needs. My wife and I have twins girls that were 6 months old at the time and the other couple had three children ranging from 6 years thru 4 months. The location could not have been better. We were just steps away from the pool and fairly close to the ocean, as close as you can be on the east coast with the dunes. We had a lot of stuff to take to the pool and beach and I could not imagine lugging the all of it up and down stairs. Right out of the patio door right into the pool.......
Also we were a short walk (five minutes traveling with a double stroller) to the Coligny Plaza which was great.
The only negative is that the furniture was a little worn and mix matched, but very usable.
And the blender smoked a little when we were making drinks.

Beach Properties did everything they told us, and checked in on us bu phone. The condo is older but very well kept. The location is better than expected. On the beach with first floor walk out to the pool. Each eveing we went to the Tiki hut for a drink, then could walk to dinner. We will be returning.

111 Ocean One is a great condo for a family visit to Hilton Head Island. With three bedrooms all with TV's, there is plenty of space for everyone to hang out. The living area is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed with all the appropriate cooking utensils. This condo sits right off the pool area with an ocean view and is convenient to the sidewalk to the beach. I highly recommend this condo and development, enjoy your stay!
