116 Barrington is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom designer decorated villa rental in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head. This oceanfront, first floor villa has an open living and dining room with beautiful ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and black granite counter tops and it has an updated breakfast bar that will seat 2 people. The dining area has a table and four chairs located between the kitchen and living room making this a spacious and comfortable living space.

Room was very clean and comfortable for my family of 4. Having the second bedroom and bathroom for the kids was well worth the extra money. Kitchen well stocked with everything you would need to cook or eat. Beds in second bedroom very comfortable, mattress in master suite needs to be updated, but not too bad. Overall We would come back to 115 Barrington to stay.

had a great stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone who knows how to relax. housing was very adaquate. best beach I've been to. Will certainly consider staying again. Bphh management were very professional and called more than once to make sure things were perfect. Had one small issue they took care of immediately. The island has all you need, great food and loads of adventures. Then back to reality-work.

The room was clean but "stale" -- very dusty and the smell from the hot water heater was atrocious (got better by the end of the stay). I thought it would be nice to have the option of checking in locally vs having the keys mailed to me. I enjoyed my time but just a mediocre place.

... if... the washer and dryer actually worked. Took all day to dry towels.
If... the owners realized that a TV in the main room was from the 1960's and had horrible sound... for a mere few hundred dollars, this could be fixed.
Other than that, it was a nice (not beautiful) place, a bit old feeling/looking.
For the price charged, I expected they could afford to "kick-it-up-a-notch".

Over all our stay was great. There were just a few minor things that I noticed and did not care too much for.
1) A person claiming to be an exterminator knocked on the door and wanted in to spray. I knew nothing about it and it made me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy.
2) There was quite a bit of noise outside with work being done (possible construction) and it was somewhat disturbing the peace and relaxing atmosphere.
3) The internet connection directions were not posted in the domain, so we were without internet for almost 2 days. On Monday when we could call to get help, it was quite challenging to answer all the it questions correctly to get the internet to work (if the directions were available, it may not have needed to have been so difficult).

Beautiful location, well kept. Friendly, outstanding service before during and after our stay. Lovely well equipped condo, almost everything you would ever need in the kitchen area. quiet. good location, nice pool and hot tub. close to beach.

This condo was a good location, but not "oceanfront" and not that good of an ocean view as it stated on the description. It is kind of shady with all the palm trees and a side view of the ocean. It was nice but not that kid friendly and we had a 2 year old, 4 year old and 8 and 11 year old at the time. It was also moldy in the bathroom and on the wall in the master bedroom, so it needs a very serious cleaning. I would look around before renting this condo. It was not worth the amount of money that we paid for a spring break vacation.
