12 Wood Ibis is a large 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home located just 4 rows from the ocean. This private home is perfect for a family gathering. Upon entering, guests will walk into the spacious living area with cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows, making it a bright and sunny area. To the left, off the foyer, is a den which has a sleeper sofa and TV providing extra room for guests and family. Just past the living room is the large eat-in kitchen.

We love Hilton Head. We brought along two nieces, and one girl friend of our one son's, and they all loved the trip. We had a total of ten, including us (parents) and 8 "kids," ages 16-21. We biked all over, loved the beach and wave jumping . Had some dance competitions on Xbox, read a lot of good books, and played card games. The 8 teamed up in pairs for four nights of cooking dinner. So good! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. Hit the movies and shopping, as always!
And at dinner at the Salty Dog, after getting our T-shirts of course.
The house was perfect, lots of space, and the gathering area so wonderful! -

The house at 12 Wood Ibis fit our (2) families well.We had a great week. The deck around the pool was a little dirty (could use a power washer ).The phone did not work , but we had internet.Over all we really liked the house.

I have responded to this right after we returned home, but I keep getting this questionaire again. We like the home, it suited our purchase, my husband and I, our oldest son, and son and daughter in law and 2 grandchildren from Ca. It was 3 min walk to the beach, which was great. Restaurants within a few mile drive. We didn't care for the pool because of all the brush and trees. It was full of debris almost always. My husand cleaned it every day of our stay. Even the pool guy commented on how he kept it clean. The ants were a problem. They got into the microwave, the boxed donuts and all over the cooktop. I was constantly wiping them up. We called about them, someone came out and sprayed, but then it seemed to activate more. Wasn't pleasant. Also, I mentioned in my last questionaire, that the yard people should come on Saturdays when the new tenants come in, as leaves, etc were all over the front walkway and steps. I swept them away, but it wasn't a pleasant site to see on arrival. The house was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay somewhat. Thank you. Rita Green #12 Wood Ibis

First, I would like to thank you for choosing Beach Properties of Hilton Head and taking the time to complete this review. We value our guest’s comments.
If I am not mistaken, you also filled out a hard copy comment card and we immediately had a landscaper go to trim back some of the trees. Sea Pines is very particular about its' greenery but we will definitely make sure the at least the trees are trimmed. We also ordered a "trouble" spray for the home, so hopefully the ant issue has been resolved. We did not hear anything from the current guest, so all should be well!

This home was in very good condition. All of the bedrooms had comfortable beds & also ceiling fans. The kitchen was outfitted with many utinsils & small appliances. Beach Properties offers the best in services and if you don't have what you want they will find a way to get it! Such as extra bed linens, towels, etc,. The location is close to attractions in Sea Pines and also close enough to the rest of the island for easy travel. The pool is one of the deepest found in the homes we have rented and with outside furniture available to use. We did notice the sleeper couch should be replaced as we had some visitors that used it and it tended to be quite uncomfortable. However we are renting this location again this year so that speaks well for the property.
