Light, bright and open - these three words describe 14 Green Heron, a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home located on the 4th row from the beach in the Sea Pines plantation. The beach path is located behind the home through a grass yard providing easy access to the beach. The Great Room features cathedral ceilings and wall of glass windows - which brings the outside in!!!
The kitchen was recently remodeled and features a large breakfast bar with seating for six. The dining room is adjacent which also offers seating for six. There are 2 sliding doors from the dining room that open out the deck which gives you the option for al fresco dinin...Read more

This house was clean, spacious, close to the beach, and has a great pool in the backyard. It was perfect for our extended family of 6 adults and 6 kids. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, although it could use some better cutting boards and a couple of cookie sheets.
The air conditioner went out during our stay, but a technician was dispatched and had it fixed within a couple of hours.
Overall we were extremely pleased with the house, the responsiveness of the rental company, and our stay in general. -

Great home, love the location. We have enjoyed Hilton Head for the last 25yrs. This was one of our best visits. The sun was shining and the home was plenty big and comfortable.

We had two sets of grandparents, mom and dad and their 1 year old twins. We could easily get to the beach with the little ones and get back and forth very easily. We've been going to hilton head for forty years and this was our favorite place yet. The pool was wonderful and it was nice to have a grill outside.

Great location, disappointed in quality of decorating in home. needs updating of furniture and TV in common area. Pool looked dated and paint chipping/stained in base and side of interior pool.

Beach Properties of Hilton Head were great to work with. Absolutely loved the house. Very bright and open. Nice appliances, up-to-date bathrooms (especially loved the walk-in tiled shower in the master bedroom), new bed linens and towels. We loved being so close to the beach. Easy walk for our 24-month old grandson.

All elements of the house were fine. Two exceptions.
1. the aC. It became erratic, called BP and a repair man came out later in the day to find a plugged filter. Replaced and OK. The second concern was the condition of the gas grill. It was unsafe due to missing parts to support the LP gas tank. No repairs made. -

We had a great time in Sea Pines! Our house was perfect in every way. Beach Properties was wonderful to deal with and very helpful from booking to check-out.

We loved the house, the open space and sun filled light of it all. The bathrooms have been nicely updated and we appreciated the relatively new bed covers etc.
Kitchen equipment needs a bit of updating - the only kettle we could find was an old whistling one and the oven is a nightmare with a three year old around who can reach up and touch the electric hob which takes forever to cool down. The fridge lacks a water dispenser which is a real pain, having to go and buy so much bottled water. I had to go out and buy plastic storage containers and also a muffin tray. There are lots of plates, dishes and cutlery but not much else of use. So my only gripe is with the kitchen really.
Otherwise a really great house to stay in, great location and great value for money. -

Ample room for 7 of us.
