We decided to do a last minute trip to HHI. Working with Beach Properties of HH was easy and the people are so nice. My two kids stayed on the fold-out and my wife and I were very comfortable in the MBR. The condo was extremely clean and served as a good home base as we explored sea pines. Our kids are too young to ride bikes, so we drove to the SP Beach Club to go to the beach, but you could easily walk to the pool and the Salty Dog, which was great! Can't wait to get back.

The condo was very nice but the "beach" across the street was not that nice. Too much seagrass on the beach and in the water. We drove up the Sea Pines public beach. The pool could have been a bit cleaner. There was some grime on the sides and bottom of the pool. The following week we stayed up at Sea Crest. They maintain very clean pools.
The villa was great...very clean with a lot more room than I expected. Some of the appliances could use some updating, but they all worked and the location is fabulous. So close to the beach and had a view of the water from the screened in porch. Great place to stay!

This is our second year staying in this condo. We love the quiet location close to both the marina, beach and bike path. We parked our car on Saturday and did not drive it again until it was time to leave. We were able to ride our bikes for everything we needed (after doing larger grocery shopping on Saturday morning).
The condo was clean, but some updates are needed throughout the (mostly in the bathroom). The affordable price certainly offsets the need for change of decor.
We have always had great service from Beach Properties and hope to continue renting from them for many years to come. Read more

Loved it. We will be back next year for sure.....
The condo was perfect, location even better. My daughter and i walked the beach every morning, saw dolphins and lots of birds, she loved it. Then we would walk to Salty Dog area, have breakfast, play on playground( which is tiny, but oh well) and then play in pool. I had such a blast with my 2 year old....and she loved it too. Thanks.

We loved being able to walk to the beach and marina within minutes. The location is perfect if you want to have a nice quiet vacation away from all of the traffic and crowds. The condo was clean, but does need some updating --- a flatscreen HDTV would be nice. Our biggest complaint was that they had torn down the front steps into the condo and had blocked the parking lot. We arrived after dark and had to park quite a distance from our building and carry all of our luggage across several lots and up a plank of wood with only dim lighting. The contractors worked on repairing the steps each day, but waking up at 7:30am to the sound of jackhammers was not my idea of sleeping in on vacation. The contractors were very apologetic, but it was still quite an inconvenience. It would have been nice to have been notified of the work being done ahead of time. We would have still stayed there, but would have been prepared for the challenge. Read more
Thank you for your comments and you will be pleased to know that we now have a flat panel TV in the living room!
As for the construction, the contractors were less than forthcoming with their scheduling of work so I apologize for the noise issues but you will be glad to know that all construction is completed and this complex is done with major renovations for the next few years.
Thank you again for choosing Beach Properties!

Was our first time at Hilton Head, and the stay was great. Room was in good condition, had everything you need, close to beach, eating places, and worth every penny you pay. Stayed for two weeks and in January 2010 going to book this time for the full month of Oct. 2010. Looking at returning to the same place we stayed this year.
