1749 Bluff Villa is a first floor one bedroom, one bath villa located on ground level. There is a covered patio with Adirondack chairs offering views of Braddock Cove, as well as the gorgeous backyard peppered with palm trees.
The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and ultra suede armchair. The fully-equipped kitchen has tile floors and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed with a desk, and access to the patio. Sit outdoors with your morning coffee and enjoy the sunshine.

This was an average condo compared to what we've rented in past. Furnishings were ok, except for the bedroom curtains. The curtain over the patio door was so sheer you could see through it. So much for privacy! To make it worse, the first morning, the sun was shining right on the bed at 6:30 am!!! I felt like I needed sunscreen. To get through the week, we pinned a light blanket over the middle to block the sun. Also the microwave needs a pad or something under it to absorb the vibrations. Sounded like a jet taking off when we used it! Location is good. Amenities were average. We liked 1715 Bluff much better but I understand that it is no longer available.

We always like Bluff Villas but hte mattress in this one was not good . We turned it and that helped a little.there is also a short in the amp on the bookcase/table at entry.

We have been staying at the Bluff Villas fairly consistently over the past 17 years and have always been very much satisfied with the value the Bluff Villas offer and we love the location and being able to walk to the sound and watching the dolphins and shrimp boats. Then being able to take a minute ride up the beach to South Beach to swim.

We really enjoyed our stay. Traveled with my spouse and our vacatin friends. We had great weather and the property location was excellent. It was great to sit on the porch watch the sun set and relax.

Good location for Sea Pines amenities but a bit of a drive to get to the rest of the island activities and restaurants. Condo was clean, very nicely done. Only negative were the stairs up and down to reach the unit. Have stayed at better units on the island, but this was reasonably priced.

My husband and I love Hilton Head Island. The island is peaceful and beautiful and there is so much to do. Some of our favorites are bike riding, nature tours and the beach. Last time we visited we brought our family and they had a wonderful time also. We are considering planning a family reunion here. With that said there were some issues with the vacation home. First, the upper kitchen cupboard door fell off the hinges when I opened it. The property managers fixed it promptly and were genuinely nice. The bathroom fan was incredibly noisy and very dirty. The outside of the tub had not been cleaned and had soap scum streaked down it. The fixtures were worn and old looking in the shower and the shower head was caked with scale so it did not work as well as it could have if it had been cleaned properly. The refrigerator was not balanced so it swung back and forth whenever you opened the door. The mattress was very hard and you could feel the springs on your back, a thick foam pad could help with that. It seemed like this particular unit, although cute and cozy, needed some repairs and a deeper cleaning. All in all we love the island and will come back again. We will probably stay in a different unit though.

I apologize for the cleanliness issues and will make sure both our inspectors and the cleaning company are made awere of these issues. I will also look at getting a deep mattress pad to help alleviate the bedding issues and pads under the refrigerator wheels so that it will not roll any more.

I had not been able to take a vacation for several years but had the opportunity to stay here in 07/09. This was "just what the doctor ordered". Facility was clean, a nice walk to the beach and a relaxing patio to sit and talk or just kick back. We enjoyed our week there--the only problem was that our week came to an end.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Bluff Villa in the South Beach Marina area. It was quiet yet very close to shopping and dining. The view was quite nice and we were able to walk to a quiet beach area. Also, it's a great area for bike riding.
