As three adults looking for a quiet, restful experience, we found this condo well-suited to our needs. The large balcony and wall of windows in the living room have a great view of Calibogue Sound. Tastefully appointed; soothing blue walls; comfortable beds; great walk-in shower in the master bath; effective air conditioning system.

Beachside Tennis was beautiful! The unit has amazing views and is tastefully decorated with a well appointed kitchen. It felt like home. We loved the location with South Beach Marina right across the street. During our stay there were families with small children so sometimes it was noisy in the morning hours.

This property has windows on two sides looking out over Calibogue Sound at the tip of Hilton Head. We watched dolphins and pelicans fishing from our balcony. We have been there for the last two years and already have reserved our stay for next year. The condo is updated, spotless and well supplied. We have cooked meals and found everything we needed. And when we don't feel like cooking, a great, relaxed restaurant and shopping complex is an easy walk down the driveway. If you are looking for a beach vacation, you couldn't find a more perfect spot.

The place we stayed was magnificent.
It was pristeen and beautiful.
The ocean view was fantastic especially when we woke up one morning and saw dolphins swimming around. The pool and beach were great!! Even better were the tennis facilities and South Beach marina. -

The condo was wonderful. Beautiful views of the ocean and sound. Dolphins going by like cars on the highway. Comfortable beds and clean facilities. Our only complaint was that the cushions on the couch and love seat should be replaced. They are terribly broken down and you can see the ground in dirt on the seat edges.

Great views! Excellent location! Comfortable furnishings. Balcony could benefit from more shade that time of year, but otherwise all was fine. Well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed except nightlights for the bathrooms-and those were easy to get.

Nice!!! Loved watching the wild life and shrimp boats from the balcony. Spacious villa with beach theme. Grounds and beach are breathtaking. Enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sunset. It doesn't get any better.

A great property with wonderful views. A few items need attention: carpeting needs cleaning, a few windows have either broken or missing handles to open the windows, bathroom needs painting.

First, thank you for choosing Beach Properties of Hilton Head and your comments concerning your recent stay with us.
The owner has chosen to remove the window cranks on a few windows because they interferred with the operation of the window treatments, but I will mention this to him. The master bathroom was just updated this past year but I will take at both of the baths again. The carpet should have been cleaned prior to your arrival, so I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I have been going to Hilton Head for a week for a ladies getaway for 7 years. We found 1883 Beachside Tennis and fell in love with this unit and have stayed there the last 5 years and will be returning again May 2010. It is a top floor corner Penthouse with a georgous panaramic view and you can enjoy the dauphins playing in the sound right from one of the balconies. This property has been very well maintained. We recieve our keys by mail and can get right in when we arrive, Beach Properties are very good to work with and have never had any problems. We love the location we like being in Sea Pines and can walk over to South Beach, can bike ride to Sea Pines Center, and Harbor Town. It is a lovely unit.I would say the only thing negative is if you are a real ocean person the beach there is not the best and is on the sound,but you can go up to the Beach Club and they have free parking if you are in Sea Pines and spend the day there and a lovely beach on the ocean. But on the other hand if you are a pool person Beachside Tennis has a lovely pool with grills.I would recommend this property.

We have been staying at Beachside Tennis since 1998. We love the location and have stayed in several units throughout the years. Our stay at 1883 was great. We liked the relazing atmosphere of the unit and would definately stay there again.
