1887 Beachside Tennis is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor corner villa. Enjoy spectacular views of the Calibogue Sound from the living room, dining area, and both bedrooms. Stairs from the back deck lead down to a gorgeous grass yard with lush tropical landscaping, and quick beach access. The living area has a flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, and a wrap around balcony. The property was great. We loved the wrap around porch and being on the 1st floor. The view from the villa was so nice. The villa was decorated great. We stayed during July and never heard our neighbors. The king size bed sleeted great. The villa had plenty of room . We usually stay at Lands End but have now found a new favorite. Beach Properties is the best and always make sure that your vacation is wonderful. We played tennis and went bike riding.

Very clean and lots of towels, starter items, bathroom , kitchen etc.
Grounds kept up and very nice pool area. Could use more than just 2 grills. It's nice to be able to walk across the street to eat or shop. Beach was nice accept when you have to deal with the sticks. -

The overall service from the time I made the reservation was excellent. There was a problem with the TV in the living room when we arrived. In a short time a very friendly service person arrived and resolved the problem. Overall, communications were excellent. The unit was one of the best we have stayed in and we have stayed many times in Beachside Tennis units over a 20 year period. This was our first time in 1st floor unit. We would prefer upper floors.

Loved everything. The only negative would be the condo was supposed to be ready by 4:00 and we weren't able to get in until 4:30.

Had wonderful time with great weather. The condo was beautiful with plenty room. I loved that it was so private and the beach was not so busy. We will definately be back next year.

This condo and location was great. It was wonderful to sit on the deck and enjoy the view especially the dolphins. No shortage of nature. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable few days visiting Hilton Head Island. We are looking foward to returning at our first opportunity!

We had a wonderful time and absolutley love the condo. great floor plan especially with a baby and 3 year old. All beds comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. perfect.

Loved the kitchen . . . stainless steel appliances, granite, and nice hardwood floors throughout. However, they decided to take down all of the outside railing while we were staying. We should have asked to move when Beach Properties called to asked us how things were going. It was really loud and the removal of the railing also caused all of the bugs to be disturbed. They apparrently fled to 1887 Beachside and had to call the exterminator. Not ideal with a 2 and 3 year old. The pool desk was also infested with ants. I think all of these were circumstance at a particular time, however it did effect our stay. We have stayed at 4 Beach Properties homes and have never had this type of experience.
