1900 Beachside Tennis is a totally transformed 5th floor corner penthouse with panoramic views of the Calibogue Sound. This villa offers designer baths, wood floors, 2 master suites and an updated kitchen.
Beachside Tennis has its own pool and beach path, and is an easy walk to South Beach Marina for water sports, dining, and shopping. Whether drinking a hot cup of coffee in the morning on the veranda, or sipping a cool lemonade mid-afternoon while basking in the sunshine, guests will be sure to have a memorable vacation in this upscale villa.

We stayed in 1900 Beachside Tennis the week of July 7th. This condo is absolutely beautiful! The views are great, the kitchen is updated, the furniture is updated, and everything was clean! We couldn't have asked for more! The pictures are very accurate and the location is just perfect. We frequently would walk across the street to the South Beach Marina and eat at the Salty Dog, or do some shopping. There is kid entertainment and night and the kids also loved the ice cream! I think this unit is probably one of the nicest ones in the complex and I would highly recommend it. It was so nice to go to the pool and just walk to the beach. You will not be disappointed with this condo.

Our week at 1900 Beachside Tennis was wonderful. As always, the Beach Properties staff had it sparkling clean and ready when we arrived. The condo is fresh and updated, with beautiful water views and easy access to the beach. The layout allows privacy for two couples, as well as comfortable common space to share. It is located just off of the main road, but just a quick walk from the shops and activity of South Beach Village. We have stayed at Beachside Tennis for four years, and will return without hesitation!

It was super easy to rent it online, and really nice inside! The TVs in the bedrooms were really small. The view was pretty good, but there were some trees in the way. Also, we were not aware that the "beach" in sea pines was to where you could see the other side, kind of like a lake. The "beach" also didn't have soft sand, so I wouldn't recommend it for people with kids. It was also really pricey compared to other places in HHI, and it was on the 5th (top) floor. Overall though, really liked it!

This was our first time in Hilton Head. Fantastic community. The property is great and accommodations were excellent. Previously we have stayed at houses on the beach and this was our first time in a condo. The only reason we didn't give this one an excellent rating is the difference between being right on the beach in a house an an elevator ride down. We will definitely go back.

We have stayed in Beachside Tennis condos for the past 10 years. 1900 Beachside Tennsi underwent a renovation 2 years ago that included total re-make of the kitchen and both bathrooms with tile and granite countertops and new cabinets. The view of Calibogue Sound and part of the ocean is one of the best views on Hilton Head. This condo is always our first choice. We stayed here in May and again in October. This is a first class rental.

The condo was very well decorated with a nice view of the sound. The kitchen could use some updated on tools... no can opener, no large pot for shrimp boiling, the ice maker didn't keep up when we had 4 of us in the condo. The king bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Master shower didnt drain well with mildew on floor. Biggest compliant was no free tennis. We have stayed at Beachside Tennis for many years and have never come accross a condo without an hour of free tennis daily. We paid over $75 in fees that week to play.

Wonderful place! Very clean. The bedrooms are really big and the layout of the place is perfect. Nice and quiet as well. We enjoyed the beach and the pool! Only thing that people need to know is you are not overlooking the ocean but the sound instead - not a big deal to us though. And Irene missed us!

I could not be more pleased with our stay at 1900 Beachside Tennis. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and in the best location! I am not an easily satisfied customer when it comes to cleanliness, but this condo exceeded my expectations! Our unit made our stay in Hilton Head even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful accomodations! We are looking forward to our return trip next year that we have already booked!

First off, I loved this place online, so much that I happily took the only week left available for the summer. Although I had seen the pictures online and knew that it was fully remodeled and beautiful, my face lit up the moment I stepped into the room! Everything was perfect and clean. We ate every meal (that we didn't go out) at the table on the balcony. The view was absolutely incredible, we couldn't have been any closer to the beach. The beach was beautiful and I realize we went in May, but it was so secluded! The pool was great, if anything I wish there was a designated kiddie pool or really shallow area (I'm just being picky). They have gas BBQ grills on the patio by the pool and we grilled out one night, it was terrific. They had practically everything you could think of in the kitchen. There were only a few things that I would suggest...dishsoap and sponge for the kitchen, we have a 2 year old and I was constantly washing his sippy cups:) Also, would love for there to have been some food storage containers for left overs and to take food out on picnics/poopl/day trips. To make myself crystal clear, it was an amazing place to stay and a wonderful vacation for my family. Would highly recommend and will happily book it again in the future!

This is the third time I have stayed at this particular place, so obviously, I really appreciate all it has to offer. It is furnished with class and the location is superb! The only thing I would change is the quality of the paper products you supply and I would leave a small bottle of dish detergent so people can hand wash dishes if desired. ( a small note on the bottle would hopefully keep certain people from putting it in the dishwasher. I do really think your company is doing everything else absolutely perfect!

Had a great vacation on Hilton Head Island. We lucked out with the weather--warm and sunny most days.
Our unit was fantastic...newly renovated and nicely decorated.
Our teenage son also enjoyed hanging out with his friends. We felt safe with him walking around at night. Overall I would recommend Hilton Head to people with kids -or- people who love bike riding, tennis and golf. -

We can't wait to go back! The facilities were large, clean and very Pottery-Barn stylish. We watched dolphins every night right from our balcony. The location was nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle yet there were bike rentals and a restaurants tucked away across the street. The pool was very cold but it was april after all. We plan on returning later this year. Love everything about this place.

This condo was great! The location near South Beach Marina and the shops made for nice walks for breakfast. The pool was fantastic (we didn't use the grills near the pool but regret not doing so), and the beach was calmer than being right on the ocean for our little one (14 months old at the time of our trip).
The check-in process set up by Beach Properties of HHI made this super simple - we just picked up the condo info and went. I will also say the keyless entry (number code) to enter the condo was a great touch, so simple to use and no need to bring the keys for a long bike ride! -

We consistently rent villas in the Beachside Tennis complex and normally from Beach Properties. This specific villa has undergone a major remodel of the kitchen and the bathrooms to include granite counter tops and top of the line appliances and cabinets. The views of Calibogue Sound are awesome. The sunsets are some of the best that you will see. This complex is secluded and is on the south end of Sea Pines Plantation in the South Beach area across from the South Beach marina. The pool is off the chain and the grounds are immaculate.

Beach Properties was very attentive to every one of our needs. This condo unit
was everything they said it was and more! Furnishings were very comfortable,
kitchen was all new, and the hardwood floors very tasteful. The unit has two
balconies that face the water, and the water views from inside were incredible
due to the floor to ceiling windows and doors! The South Beach area was very
enjoyable. We will surely return to this unit! -

1900 Beachside Tennis is an excellent property for a Hilton Head vacation. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The balcony views of Calibogue Sound were outstanding, especially at sunset. It is a short walk to the beach on the Sound, to the restaurants and shops of South Beach Marina Village and to recreational activities(bike trails and rentals, tennis facilities, kayak rentals). There are two bedrooms, each with a balcony looking out toward Calibogue Sound and its own bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with up-to-date appliances, and the living/dining area is spacious and well-furnished. I would highly recommend this place for anyone planning a trip to HIlton Head who enjoys the privacy that Sea Pines and South Beach offers.

We loved this condo, the location is very nice with a great view. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the balcony watching the dolfins. The condo is very well equipped, very nice kitchen and baths; the furnishings were attractive and oh so comfy. Also enjoyed the pool and great access to the beach. What's not to love. Will definitely ask for this unit on our next visit.

We have 3 young children and the condo worked great for us. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and that saves a lot of money! The bedrooms have plenty of space and are large enough that we could put all the kids together without any problems. We LOVE the balcony and the view - we are always sure to take our binoclars so we can see the dolphins and other wildlife on the beach. The proximity to the Salty Dog and other activities is perfect - we never got in our car once the entire week except to get more groceries. The pool is wonerful and having the grills available allows for even more flexibility with meals. We had the best vacation ever and we are coming back again in 2010 to the same condo! We can't wait!

We love this unit-it is modern, clean and in general just great. We also like
South Beach area as it is somewhat quiet. You can walk across the street for a
drink or quick meal. Our only complaint was that this unit desperately needs
some comfortable chairs or preferable small lounges on the master bedroom
balcony. We had guests for several days and we would have enjoyed going out
on our own deck at times. It is also shadier on that deck. -

This condo was all it promised to be. The view was wonderful. The balcony was so large that our family of five ate every meal outside. The floor plan was very open and we never felt crowded. The beach is very quite and we enjoyed watching the dolphins every day. The marina is only a few minute walk. What we liked best was the peacefulness of this location. We truly had a relaxing vacation.
