208 North Shore Place is one of our Hilton Head Island rentals located in North Forest Beach. Elegantly appointed, this villa has all the amenities for a luxurious vacation. Located on the 2nd floor of this upscale complex, guests will delight in the gorgeous 4th floor rooftop swimming pool and hot tub. They can look across the street and see a partial view of the ocean.

I found the condo to be clean and the furniture very
comfortable. New pots and pans and blankets were delivered upon our arrival. It definitely had the most
comfortable living room furniture of previous rentals.
Would definitely be interested in renting again in the future.

Only complaints about the condo was that the sinks drained slow in the bathrooms and the bed in the second bedroom would squeek loudly if any movement occurred on the bed.

The villa was very nice and clean. Walking distance to the beach (just across the street) and walking distance to Coligny Plaza made it a perfect location for us. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, except food of course! The only minuses were no cell phone reception inside, had to go out on the balcony to make calls, and could not get any wireless internet on the laptop.

expectations, great value,close to beach and
shopping, rental had everything you would need for a
weeks vacation. Will rent from Beach Properties in
the future. Would recommend to a friend/family.
Just bring your own pillows, ones in rental needed to
be upgraded...thats all -

208 North Shore is within steps to the beach, groceries, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, you name it and it is right there. The unit itself is nice and very spacious. The only downfall I see is that there are no BBQ grills for cooking outside. We were there for two weeks and eating out that much gets very old. Luckily we own at the SeaCrest Surf and Racquet Club and because we are owners there we used those gas grills frequently. The only downside to the unit was the lack of sharp knifes and glass cooking bowls. So if you stay here be sure to bring those things along. This part of Hilton Head Island is the best. Won't stay anywhere else.

The condo was very nice with a great location. We did wish that there were grills on the property.
There were 2 very minor things:
In the living area either someone took the cable to the DVD player or they have forgotten it.
In the front bedroom the outside lights were very bright at night and we had to cover the window. We noticed the condo next door had done the same thing.
It is a property that we would like to stay in again. The ease of booking and not having to worry about keys was great. -

Our stay in the property was great. The unit looks exactly like the picture shows. The beds were very comfortable. The plug for the tub in the master suite didn't really stop the water from draining out. We didn't mention this to anyone because we aren't really tub people, we're prefer showers. The unit didn't have any extra trash bags, which we were alittle disappointed with. So you may want to bring some with you when you come. I talked with a representative with Beach Properties about activities there. He made some great recommendations and was very helpful. The location of this property was so great. There were a lot of shops, a grocery store within walking distance, restaurants within walking distance and the beach right across the street. The location was fabulous. We will definitely be back to Hilton Head and will seek a place to stay with this company, Beach Properties. I have to say that the location was one of my favorite things about being in Hilton Head. We were close to so many things. The bike riding was also wonderful. The only thing about being there at this time of year, the weather is not especially warm. I think the next time we go, it will be more toward summer, than spring.

unit was fine but needs upgrading...lcd tv and more dishes...biggest complaint was that the pool on site was not operating...we were not informed of this ahead of time...a disappointment as we would have chosen alternate accomodation at the seacrest across the street..

Thank you for choosing Beach Properties as your destination company. We do agree that the unit is in need of some updating and are working to make this a reality. The LCD TV's are included in this. Keep in mind that the Sea Crest pool is available for our guests at North Shore. The pool is closed during the offseason and that is a decision that the POA makes. Unfortunately we do not have any control over this. Once again, thank you for your comments and we hope to serve you again in the future.

I must say even though our weather was awful our stay was wonderful! I have vacationed many years in Hilton head and I really enjoyed the condo we stayed at. It was close to everything. We could walk to restaurants and shops. It was clean and the roof top pool was so relaxing. I will definitely stay here again.
