Great facility. Would love to come back with our children and their families. The security was fanastic. We felt safe all the time. The beach was clean and every one was respectful. There was no college kids drinking and being unruly.
We loved the way Hilton Head is preserved. We did not see one high-rise. No structures over 5 stories. Even the fast food restaurants did not have the commerical look as seen in other vacation spots. -

This is the second time we booked through Beach Properties. This condo was wonderful. Immaculate, comfortable, convenient to everything. Property wasn't cleaned when we arrived but within minutes of our call, service was provided and very well done. Extremely accommodating. Only suggestion or dissatisfaction was with pillows. Forgot to pack our own and these were few and pretty worn. Other than that - we enjoyed our stay. And you even provided great weather for us! Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at Windsor Place. The view from the balcony was inviting. The unit was clean and well furnished. We will definitely want to return for more visits!

great condo, facilities, view
Too many artificial plants in the condo. Take up space and collect dust. Also look very dated and frayed. -

Ocean views were excellent.Furniture was geared for younger people.We had difficulty in getting out of the furniture because it was too soft. I cannot say enough good words about the the Rental agency. We did have a serious problem with our lap-top computer, Hargray replaced the old Modem in the Condo with a new one, but the wireless Internet was not properly secured because the owner had to sign a new lease agreement,and I was not authorized to do so. As a result my computer contracted a severe virus,and I had to
have it repaired at a considerable cost.,and just received it
today from being repaired. I recommend you immediately contact Hargray and have that Wifi in 211 Windsor Place placed under a security protection for subsequent renters, before they encounter a virus in their computer.Beach Properties were excellent.I would strongly recommend the agency as the best on Hilton Head Island in my 20 yrs experience on the Island.

We usually stay at Disney but they had nothing available. We blindly chose this location online. It was wonderful. The view of the ocean was nice. The villa was roomy,clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool everyday. I especially liked the keyless entry. My husband actually cried the morning we left! -

We enjoyed our stay at 211 Windsor Place. The condo was very clean, neat and comfortable. Palmetto Dunes is a wonderful section of HHI and we were very happy with Windsor Place. The condo was located on the second floor. The views of the ocean were amazing. It is not a completely clear view as there are trees all over the property but I feel the trees add to the wonderful island environment. This was our first visit to HHI and we can not wait to return. We loved the keyless entry and simple check in/out process. We received a vist our first day asking if the condo met our expectations and that was greatly appreciated.

Loved the condo. It had a great balcony and view of the pool and ocean. The code door lock was wonderful freeing us of carrying a key to the room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and the family enjoyed riding bikes all weel. We will definately be returning.

the pictures do not do justice to this condo....it is a total ocean view...and very convienent to the pool...that we loved. Also being able to transport ALL our luggage from the covered parking area in one trip was huge. Kitchen is well equipped....the only thing is the micrwave does not work well....other wise beautiful stay...miss it already!
