24 Baynard Cove Road is a perfect location for Hilton Head rentals in Sea Pines. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath, single level home is on a quiet street just a 7 minute walk to the beach. The very private backyard has a swimming pool and a free standing hot tub, all surrounded by greenery. There is even a small grassy area where the children can play.

My family and I stayed at 24 Baynard Cove Rd for a week in the middle of august. After five years without a family vacation we were really looking to the time together. The house was fantastic and did not disappoint. The location was great. Close to the beach and yet close to bike trails and points of interest. It felt secluded even though other homes were close by. The house was clean and in great shape. The space was awesome and the pool was wonderful. My only complaint was that the carpet in the bedrooms was sisal which was hard on my feet. I wore flip flops from the moment I got out of bed. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely consider renting it again. Thanks for a wonderful overdue vacation!

The pictures doesn't do this house justice! Had apprehensions of it being small but by no means it was. We had enough room. Master suite was incredible, you could put another king bed in there & had space to move around. Plenty of seating both indoors & outdoors to eat.
We even tried our hand @ crabbing (loads of fun) w/equipment in garage. It was at least 8 minute walk to beach. Pool & hot tub awesome!! -

We rented this home with 3 other adult couples. It has a nice layout that is just large enough for 4 couples. Four bedrooms (1 K, 2 Q, and 2 S) and bathrooms were all nicely appointed. The size of the home is cozy but more than adequate due to the accommodating layout. Kitchen is above average for cooking meals, we only cooked Thanksgiving day but it was a very large meal with no problems. Dining area was large enough for more than 8. The living area had quite large and comforatble furniture which we found perfect for viewing shows and movies on the large screen LCD TV (46-in) above the not-to-be used fireplace (use of the fireplace would have been nice). The onsite computer setup was a nice bonus. Outdoors, the built-in hot tub fit 6 people comfortably. Also used the area around the pool for relaxing as the weather cooperated very nicely all week. Outdoor seating for 8 next to the pool was fine after we cleaned off the seats. Bike storage was easy using the attached garage. Beach access was a simple 5 minute walk to beach. South Beach (about 5 min), Harbor Town (less than 10 min), and Coligny area (about 15-20 min) are all bikeable.
Only a couple of things to complain about. All doors are louvered, so very little noise privacy. We got used to this very quickly, but it would not be for everyone. The pool gurgled systematically until I noticed on the second day that the water level skimmer was clogged with pine needles. Cleaning it took care of the gurgle issue. I cleaned it once more during our stay. Should probably have this done twice a week by a pool vendor or yard maintenance personnel.
This place was very nice without being over-the-top, great location and amenities, private and reasonably priced. If the doors were replaced with solid ones, it would be a no brainer for just about anyone to rent. -

Perfect location, great house, lots of room and amazingly low key east coast beach. I would highly recommend a sea pines 24 Baynard Cove vacation for you family if you are looking for the ultimate relaxation in a prime location. Close to everything... about .3 mile walk to the beach, a mile to the salty dog, two and half miles to harbor town... amazing. House is beautiful and relaxing with just the right amount of everything you could imagine needing for ultimate relaxation. Check it out! Had our parents along with our two toddles (2 & 1) and we will be back for sure!!!

This house is not only beautiful, but well kept and is located in the perfect spot on the island. It's within a very short bicycle ride to the beach and the pool and hot tub were really nice too. The beach access is private so there are very few people on the beach at one time making it the perfect spot for privacy and relaxation.

I received many hi-fives and job well done from my family for reserving 24 Baynard Cove! What sold me was that each room had a private bath, hot tub, and pool. As a matter of fact, we plan to reserve that same property soon for next years (2011) vacation.

We live on the island but we were some remodeling and needed a temporary place on very short notice. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to have thanksgving dinner for our out of town guest.

We have taken many family vacations to Hilton Head over the years...now our children are adults, and their children travel to the island with us. Last year's trip was not very pleasant, we were very disappointed with our accomadations...but this year was again, a very pleasant trip. We were very pleased with our rental. The layout suited our needs wonderfully...We did get a kick of how small the pool was...one of the boys asked if it was even legal...But all in all I would not hestitate to return to 24 Baynard.

We loved the layout of 24 Baynard Cove. It was perfect for us because we were vacationing with our friends who also have 2 children. It had the perfect amount of room for us. We loved having a bathroom with each bedroom. The kitchen was great!
The pool was a little smaller than it appeared on the website. And we did not like the louver doors on all the rooms and the bathrooms...it did not give you the privacy that we would have liked since we were there with another family. Otherwise a great place to stay. -

This was the first time we rented a Sea Pines home more that 3 rows from the beach. We enjoyed it just as much, if not more! We rented bikes, as usual, and the bike ride to the beach was just as easy and the scenery down the street to and from their home made it that much better. Plus, the central location (+ or - a few) to South Beach and Harbor Town was ideal. The house was laid out perfectly for our family of 8, not to mention the great interior quality (updated everything). As soon as we can, we will be renting this house again without wanting to consider other homes.
