2413 Villamare is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa that has been completely renovated throughout. This 4th floor villa offers you views of the gardens and ocean's horizon. The large, open floor plan has a living room, dining area and fully updated kitchen.
The living area with queen sleeper sofa has a 37 inch flat screen TV on a rotating mount so you can see it from any angle, even from the kitchen. Very quiet,comfortable and clean condo. The king bed had a pillow top matress and was very comfortable. The balcony off the living and master had a small view of the ocean. Was a great value.

In over 20 years of renting condos we have never had such a positive experience. The condo was in perfect working order and very very clean -- the location was a perfect mix of quiet but near beach and all condo ammenities. The outdoor space was clean -- furniture more than adequate and made for many enjoyable lunches, breakfasts and relaxing evenings. I can't think of a single thing that could be added or changed. Clean bathrooms and kitchens are important to us and you certainly met the needs!!! The bucket of info on the island was an extra treat and well used!!! see you next year!!!

Was a great rental! A couple things we had trouble with while there were: the garbage disposal did not work when we got there and for the whole week (we were okay with it not being serviced) and the air conditioning was governed and did not keep it cool a lot of the time. We had a concern about the fridge at the beginning of the week but it was fine after the first day where it cooled. We did ask for the floors in the unit to be "re-cleaned" when we got there because there was dirt and stains all through the unit. I cleaned the toilets once I got there because there were stains inside of the toilets. Other than that, we loved the unit and would stay there again. We've only ever rented with Beach Properties the five times we've gone to Hilton Head and the past two years its been in the Villamare. We really love that location and love Palmetto Dunes. Thank you for such a great experience!

Beautiful villa. The grounds were excellently maintained. The villa was very clean - my only complaint was a sour smell in the master bedroom shower. However, the smell seemed to go away after our first shower. Other than that we absolutely loved it! We look forward to more visits here in the future.

This is the second time we rented this unit but I think I would try another unit next time. The walk seemed too far to the beach this time. We are older now and think we need to stay in building 1. Also the furniture is not that comfortable. The unit needs new pots and pans the teflon inside the pans is all scarped and should not be used that is not safe. Also quite a few of the dishes were chipped. The kitchen faucet is loose. My husband had to clean the vaccum it was not emptied the filter was not clean and it is missing one filter.

The condo was tastefully decorated. We had plenty of room for 3 kids in one of the bedrooms. The kids loved the turtles in the pond.

I would highly recommend Hilton Head for a wonderful vacation great beach and great property Villamare is kept very nice and our unit was perfect for us. Our unit was near the elevator as I was hopping for and I was assured by the person I booked the unit with from Beach Properties. Your agents are knowledgeable amd seem to know the property. Our unit was exactly as explained and was clean and well kept. We throughly enjoyed our week on the beach and at the pool area.

The staff at Beach Properties was wonderful to work with. the condo was beautiful and very clean. It is great being there in sport season because it isn't crowded. A little disappointed there was no direct view of the ocean but we had a courtyard view that was very quiet and peaceful. We are very much looking forward to returning next year and hope we can book the same condo.

From the initial booking, stay and follow up, Beach Properties of Hilton Head provided us with great customer service and facilities that made our vacation one we will never forget.
You are centrally located to the beach, swimming pool and health club. You never need to leave the complex. The home itself was spotless and included every amenity. There's an abundance of stores & restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away.
We are looking forward to returning, and bringing friends.

One thing must be changed, it is the carpet. It was
soiled especially in the living room. The set up is very good, and we have appeciate the indoor
swimming pool. For two couples, it is the best
resort in Palmetto, because the bedrooms are identical, with the same size, and separated
from each other by the living.
