2512 Villamare is a great Palmetto Dunes ocean villa located in the top 5th floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This villa opens into a foyer with a guest bedroom to the left and the main living area and master to the right. Going into the living room guests can't miss the beautiful view of the ocean, gardens and pool area. The dining area opens into the living area which has a comfortable couch that also doubles as a sleeper sofa, great for additional guests. Off the living room is the balcony offering relaxing ocean and garden views. The open kitchen has beautiful silestone counters and is fully equipped, including a washer and dryer.

We enjoyed 2512 Villamare very much. It is was exactly what we wanted. The apartment was delightful and the amenities very good. We were busy the whole time we were there. We want to come back again.

We all enjoyed our stay in the Villamare. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved having our coffee on our balcony. We overlooked the lagoon and we could see the ocean off in the distance. The swimming area was wonderful.
The kitchen was well equipped. The property was well kept.
It was lush and beautiful. -

Nice complex on the beach. very clean condo. The weather is iffy at this time of year but this year it was wonderful and we had a great time cycling on the beach and playing tennis across the street.

Dishwasher did not work. For whatever reason, we had trouble getting Tv's to work properly. Tv in living room was showing white spots throughout the screen. Painters in hallway, smell and inconvenience. Overhead fan cover piece from microwave fell off onto the oven top, I was not even touching it. We contacted Beach Properties re the problems. They did get back to us. Just think the condo needs updated. No matter what, we still had a great time relaxing.

The condo had a great location but we were very dissappointed in the bathroom. The shower door was in terrible shape and nearly fell off the hinges twice on my wife while showering. The kitchen needed a lot of help in the deep cleaning department. It was ok but not what it should have been.

Have stayed in rentals and condos from Hatteras to Cocoa Beach and this villa on Hilton Head Island exceeded all expectations. Fully equipped, tastefully decorated, conveniently located and an ocean view from our balcony, I would go back in a minute. Entire family including two girls 21 and 17 gave this place a double thums up

The location and booking/renting of the unit was very good. The only negatives about the unit was that the bathrooms were not very clean nor was the kitchen equipment (pots, plates, forks, etc.). In addition, the kitchen equipment was very limited.

We were extremely pleased with this vaction home. The home was spacious and suited the six of us well. Pretty nice, though partially obstructed, ocean view from each of the two balconies. Relatively close location to the beach and pool. The pool and deck area were good sized and well maintained. The fitness center, though small, was adequate.
