This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Hilton Head home rental is located on a large corner lot within the Sea Pines community. 2 Jessamine has all the comforts of home and is located just a short walk or bike ride to the beach along the Atlantic Ocean.

As you enter the home there is a great room and formal dining room with cathedral ceilings. The living room has two sofas plus two additional chairs for plenty of seating. There is a large TV mounted on the wall with a surround sound system. Wood floors with area rugs are in both living and dining rooms. The dining room has a table and four chairs along with a sliding glass door that leads to the... outside deck and pool.

The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with white appliances and cupboards along with black granite counter tops. A center island makes this kitchen very organized. The kitchen also has a table and six chairs plus a breakfast bar with seating for two. There is also deck access from the kitchen.

There are two bedrooms located on the left side of the first floor living room. The first one has a Queen bed, TV with DVD and a view of the yard. The other bedroom has two twins, TV and both shares the bathroom which has a shower and toilet only, each bedroom have their own vanity in the bedroom. The twin bedroom as access to the deck and pool area.

The Master bedroom on the right hand side of the living room has a Queen bed with TV and access to the deck. The private bath has a shower with a separate jetted tub, and two bowl granite vanities. An additional half bath is located off the hall way on the first floor.

Upstairs on the left side is a second Master bedroom with a Queen Bed and TV. The private bath has a shower only, his and hers toilets plus a two bowl vanity. Across the hall is a sitting room with small sofa, futon and two chairs.

There is a large deck outside that leads down the very nice pool with lounge chairs for relaxing after a swim or trip to the beach. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and provides plenty of room for guest to spread out and relax. This is a very nice home to spend your Hilton Head vacation in.

  very nicely equipped kitchen and grill, beautiful pool but needs more lounge chairs (only two) and one more umbrella for shade by the pool. great location! lots of space for two families. beach properties service is great. we love hilton head!!

  Very nice house - pool and kitchen are the highlights - less than 10 min walk to the beach which is not crowded. Easy access to bike path - Can't go wrong staying here

  The house was even better than expected. The pool was perfect. I wish that I had known that we would not have access to the garage. Also, there is literally nowhere to put food. All of the cabinets are full of dishes, etc. I think that this house is a great value for the time of year and location.

  Fun in the Sun!

  We love HH. We have rented houses through Beach Properties for the past two years and they were very professinal, did what they promised and took care of any problems quickly. This house has a nice pool and the house is large. The furniture is a little dated and needs some updated pool furniture. Overall it is nice. It was a little farther from the beach than the house we rented last year, but the bike ride was fine. It is important to be toward the end of the island as that is where most of the action is so this house is well positioned. No a big deal, but you can not use the garage on this house. Note in the description of any houses in the catalog....if they mention a garage then you can use it.....if they don't then you can't. This meant we had to chain up the bikes each night. Easier to just roll them into the garage if one is available. We created some special memories in this house. Our mother went with us on this trip to HH and she had a great time with the grandkids and the rest of our family. She died less than 3 months later. We will never forget the trip. Enjoy!!

  Another Great Hilton Head Experience

  My family and I (husband, daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren) have been visiting Hilton Head for the past several years and we've stayed in several Beach Properties homes. This last time it was 2 Jessimine Place. It was spacious, well appointed, and great pool. You have to cross the road to get to the beach so we road our bikes. The only issues I had were that the refrigerator and dishwasher need to be replaced (they were falling apart) and the garage was locked up and we couldn't use it.
  When we arrived, one of the tubs would not drain, but that was fixed the next day by management.

  We stayed in another home on Jessamine a couple of years ago and did like the street and location. We also thought the layout of the home was very good particularly for a couple of families and for small children. However, the home was very cluttered and disorganized, particularly the kitchen. This made it very difficult to fix a meal. The shelves on the refrigerator door and freezer door were broken. The home and pool were not very clean. I do understand that we were late in the season but it did not appear it had been cleaned well for quite a while. We did have a problem with the tank on the gas grill but someone came and took care of it very quickly after we called. We have rented from you for the past few years and will continue to do so but will not rent this home again.

We apologize for the issues experienced while at your vacation home. The refrigerator door has been repaired and we have also inventoried the kitchen and organized and replenished some items. Prior to arrival there are two inspectors that check each property and it is unfortunate to hear that they missed some of the cleaning issues.
