2 Oyster Catcher is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath vacation home rental located in Sea Pines on Hilton Head. Just five rows from the Atlantic Ocean, this home has a spacious great room with a high ceiling and windows that let in tons of light making the home bright and open feeling. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and tile floors that extend into the dining area where there is a large table with seating for 8. It also overlooks the living area making it great for entertaining. We use to take our two kids to hilton head for summer vacations and now that they are married and have kids of their own, we decided to take a family vacation with kids and grandkids. We chose 2 Oyster Catcher because it had 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, pool, close to beach and close to Sea Pines beach club. The layout of the house was great. Everyone had their own space with different levels and two family rooms. Large dining table with seats for all. The walk to beach was 4 to 5 minutes. We were right next to the sidewalk and bike paths and their were lagoons across the road within an easy walk to see alligators. The small kids enjoyed the easy walk to beach and the pool right out the back door. We even grilled a couple of nights on the gas grill out on the patio. Would definetly recommend this home to anyone. You won't be dissapointed.

We had a wonderful time at HHI. Our house was beautiful in every way. We loved the 2 master suites and the TV room up stairs. The large kitchen was great. I heard all week "I wish my kitchen was this big at home." We were close to the beach and great restaurants. We also love that you can bike all over.

Inside of the house very well laid out...provided lots of privacy and gave family members their own 'space'
Some of the furniture could have been upgraded..ie: the couches and pillows in the living room and the patio furniture. The ouside of the house had an infestation of red ants, palmetto bugs and rats under the deck. Also, the pictures on the internet lead you to believe it was more private it than it actually was. The location of this house was terrific, just a short walk to uncrowded beach. Pool is very small, but we made the most of it. Kitchen lacked a few basics, but again, we made do. All twin beds were unstable, bedding was not high enough quality. We needed sheets for the sofa-bed and housekeeping came almost immediately.

Second year I have rented from Beach Properties. Pleased with cleanliness of the properties and response with any concerns. Have looked at rentals offered by others and they handled hold a candle to Beach Properties...we'll be back!

2 Oyster Catcher is a great home for a family vacation. It is a short walk to the beach and right on the bike path. The house is spacious and has an upstairs sitting area with a tv that was a great place for the kids to hang out. The pool was little small but lighted and we enjoyed a nighttime swim.

There were several problems with the house, one was an electric outlet that had no electricity and the response was quick. The house did not appear to be cleaned before we arrived. The pool was dirty. The landscaping people arrived at 7:30A.M. on Friday with their blows and woke us (not fun when on vacation).

We have had the property reviewed and kitchen items replaced as needed. We have also requested that the landscapers try and start a little later in the morning. I rented this property for a family vacation and really enjoyed the home. It was large enough for our group of 10 people and was very clean and convenient to the beach.
Some properties appear old and run down but this home was very well maintained.
Access to the beach was one of the best features. A quick walk down the path and you were on the beach in 2-3 minutes.
Would definitely rent here again.
