Nice, comfortable condo. Great location! The place could use some updates of the bathroom fixtures as they were old and sometimes difficult to use. Also, the windows in the master bedroom weren't operable. However, these issues were very minor and, overall, the condo and the complex were good. We were surprised to find that we could park in a parking garage and this was very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and it was a short walk to the beach.

This was our second stay at Windsor Place and we enjoyed it just as wonderful as the previous one (unit 403). The reservation was completed expeditiously. I loved the check-in procedures where the key codes, car passes and welcome package mailed to us, avoiding stopping at the office and just go directly to your unit. We certainly renting again with Beach Properties in our next visit.

We have enjoyed Hilton Head for many years but the best place that we have stayed at is Windor Place and in particular suite #301 for it's comfort, convience and view. This past say was our third in the same unit and we hope the unit will be available when we sign up to visit the Island again.

This was our third trip to Hilton Head Island. For our last visit in 2009, we stayed at a Marriott vacation club property. For this visit, we wanted something more affordable and were willing to get fewer bells and whistles (e.g., Marriott has concierge, on-site market, etc.).
The property was great in size and location. The property is on the beach. There were two pools, one especially for children that at its deepest point is 4 feet. We typically went to the pool in the morning, and it was near empty with just a handful of families at the same time. In the afternoons, the pool was more crowded, but we never had a problem finding a couple of empty chairs to lay our towels on.
Parking was plentiful, and we mostly scored parking in the garage below the building.
The unit was clean and in good repair. The appliances functioned properly. They have a better TV in that unit than I have in my own house. However, I was never able to get the wireless internet connection to work. I was able to tap into other units' wireless sporadically, which was enough for me to download email. The kitchen was stocked with appropriate cooking supplies, but don't expect to prepare gourmet dishes.
The unit was clean, but it was clear that the jacuzzi jets in the secondary bathroom seldom were used since it spat out dirty water when the jets were turned on. Also, the showers in both bathrooms could stand a little bleach for the discolored caulk. The furniture was in good shape and the kitchen must have recently been remodeled. However, the wallpaper was peeling in virtually every room.
The property was quiet. You would think with all of the families there it wouldn't be, but we never heard a peep. (with the exception of an all-night nature performance on the night of the full moon)
In all, I thought I got a great value for the location and amenities. For the price, we were able to overlook a little peeling wallpaper. -

This place was wonderful. The only complaint I have is the patio furniture. I love to sit out and read and the patio furniture was not very comfortable and appeared to be old and in bad shape.

Our stay at Windsor Place was great. We had always stayed in hotels when we vacationed in Hilton Head but with two kids we really needed more room. I searched online with Beach Properties and went with Windsor Place hoping it was a nice property. We were pleasantly surprised when we drove up. It was very nice. I loved not having to deal with a room key or having to go by an office when we arrived on the property. The key pad code was sent with our information package and made it very easy for checking in. The condo was exactly as we were told. Plenty of room for all of us. Bedrooms were roomy. It was also great being right on the beach and having two pools was great, too. There were only a few times that the pool was crowded. We are planning another trip to Hilton Head this summer and would love to stay in the same property if possible. We will be checking dates and prices in the next few months to arrange for our visit again this summer.
