This was a wonderful condo. It was completely updated which was comparable to our home environment. I hate to go away and stay at a place that isn't as nice as my home. It had everything handy. I think in the fiture you should consider having beach chairs available for guests.

Was at 77 Ocean Lane last time & was not impressed. Pictures of 302 were nice but were they taken in 1980?
Not. Unit was exactly as pictured. Excellent condition, great view from balcony.
Had some special requests of staff. They came through for me. Thank you. -

I've stayed at Barrington arms 5 yrs. now and several different condos. I was disappointed in the furniture. Our love seat was broken, so not enough furniture. The place seems clean, bathrooms and kitchen, its the small stuff that needs cleaned dusty lamps, dirty area rugs. Glass doors needed cleaned. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The outside bathrooms could use a little more upkeep, and the glass tables in the patio should be wiped down, we got there on sat. and they hadn't been cleaned for awhile. Love your location. But the sanddune is getting difficult to walk up and I'm an active adult, older people would struggle.

Facilities were great, reservation process was very smooth, contact personnel were always very helpful. Unit was exactly as described, clean, and had everything wee needed. Logistics were very good with simple instructions, timely delivery, great information on how to find the property, etc. You even arranged perfect weather!

We were very satisfied with both the service from Beach Properties as well as the property itself. We originally were to stay at Beach Tennis at Sea Pines, but a couple weeks before we were to arrive Beach Properties informed us that there would be reconstruction of the balconies there and it could deter our vacation experience there. Jan was so accomadating and patient with us when we were trying to select another property. We could not have asked for any better service. 302 Barrington Arms was very tastefully decorated and the view from the balcony was great. The grounds were beautifully manicured and access to the beach was not to far. We will definetly be back. Because we had to choose another property and we already had the paperwork for Sea Pines, Beach Properties allowed us to keep our pass to Sea Pines as you have to pay to enter. We were then able to look around that area as well. The entire island is really pretty, so I do not think it would really matter what section you stayed at. The beach is a bit wider where we stayed, but I think we would have enjoyed either property. Thanks to Jan and Beach Properties for a great vacation!

The rental is easy no hassles, we simple went on line and picked our villa. We always stay in Palmetto Dunes. The area is friendly, grounds are beautiful, very clean and area is relaxing and quiet just what we look for in a vacation. Shopping, golf, tennis and the kids like to ride the bikes everywhere. The nature is everywhere, many birds to see and the lagoons have canoeing available. We like everything about the villa, nothing is missing. We found Beach Properties to be the best rental price, service and easy set up to rent. Everything was mailed to us. I would highly recommend this company!
