The home was beautiful except that the microwave didn't work. We called and had a service man come by to look at it but it was never fixed before we left and we were never contacted again to say that it wasn't going to be fixed. It was an inconvenience since we couldn't warm up stuff easily. Other than that we thought the property was comfortable and beautiful.
This was our first time in Hilton Head and we absolutely loved it. The location was central to everything, the biking was great and being ocean front was the way to go. -

Great service from Beach Properties. Fabulous condo, right on the ocean, with a central Sea Pines location. Doesn't get any better. Loved the spacious rooms,quality furnishings, and the unit even had a DVR. Since we were there for an entire month, that feature was a welcome bonus.

Beautiful condominium with lovely furniture and plenty of space. Gorgeous view, very easy access to beach. Nice pools, only used the one closer to our place. Only negative were the mosquitoes for those of us not swimming. Otherwise lovely! Beach was a bit dissappointing, with muddy sand and huge tide variant, but that's not under your control. Thank you for a perfect rental!

The condo was just as beautifully decorated as depicted in the online photos. We couldn't have stayed in a nicer place. The kitchen was well equipped and had top of the line appliances, which were nice for when we cooked in. The view was just gorgeous, we really enjoyed sitting on the patio each morning and in the evening. There were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets for everyone. We weren't able to use the pools. They aren't heated and we were told they don't need to be. However, when we were there the average temperature was 78 degrees and the pools are shaded by trees so the water wasn't warm enough to use. It wasn't a big deal since our 3 year old preferred to make sandcastles at the beach. We hope to return again next year and will definitely stay in 302 again!

The condo was beautiful, in fact, if I owned it myself I wouldn't change a thing except for maybe having a spa bath tub available...that was the only thing that was missed but we had the best time! The location was perfect, the view was beautiful, and the apt was immaculate.

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We have always stayed in Sea House East or West, and this unit is the best.
We wished there was more than just one hand towel in the kitchen. We thought there should be more.
We did not get the mid stay clean that we requested when we booked the condo. We stayed for two weeks, and it would have been nice to get the place cleaned. We ended up just cleaning the towels and linens ourselves but the floors were harder to keep clean since we didn't have the right supplies.
Parking was a major issue as many renters had up to 4 families staying in their condo at once. They all had separate cars. Add to this renters who had daily visitors who parked in mid-morning and stayed until late at night. The second week was the worse as we found ourselves driving around trying to find a place to park every evening when we returned from dinner because all the spots were taken. Some cars didn't even have the Sea Pines parking pass while most did not have the yellow Turtle Lane parking pass. They just give the gate code to everyone they know, and they come into the complex and park and stay. This needs to be patrolled better.
Other than these things, we had a wonderful vacation, and loved the unit. -

We rented this condo and a nearby cottage for three families and had a wonderful stay in Sea Pines. The condo and the cottage were both very nice.

We loved the location and decor of this newly renovated condo. The only down side to the building was the need to unlock lobby door with key and take stairs 3 stories up or wait for elevator...with young children we had to do this quite often.

We hd a great stay as 302 Turtle Lane was such a beautiful villa with an awesome view of the beach. Nicely decorated, updated and clean. the ONLY negative is you cannot grill on the premises. this was a big negative for us. otherwise, I would highly recommend.

It is a beautiful well equipped apartment in one of
Hilton Heads prime locations.The beach view from the
kitchen table, master bed room and balcony is great.
The only "downer" was the broken elevator while moving-in. Reprair or assistance could have been more prompt.
