My husband and I went to Hilton Head for our babymoon. This place was in a great location - in private Palmetto Dunes with the beach close by.
The furniture and decor at the place was dated, but worked well enough for our purpose. The shower was tiny and the spray only had one setting, which made it difficult to shower. The toilet in the second (front) bathroom ran the whole time we were there. The fridge also leaked water on a regular basis, which meant I had to clean it up several times a day. The knives were so dull, I was worried about cutting myself (which meant my husband had to cut everything up for me). The screen door to the porch from the living room was messed up and difficult to open and close. The DVD player wasn't set up, so my husband set it up for us. Also, not sure why the larger TV was in the bedroom, but the DVD player was in the family room with the tiny TV. I would switch those. I think if the place weren't falling apart, I probably would have liked it more. -

Very clean, nicely decorated condo. Furniture and bed were extremely comfortable. Main bathroom nice & large with huge tub; shower was not very large, but sufficient. The spare bathroom, though, was too dimly lit and shower had no place to put shampoo, etc. except for on the floor - so we didn't use it. Sinks in both bathrooms were slow draining, but we left a note so hopefully this will be fixed. Grounds were beautiful. Location in Palmetto Dunes is excellent, being pretty much in the middle of the island. We could see the beach and water from the balcony. Condo has a garage to park cars & store bikes. Carts to bring luggage up are located in the garage. We would rent this condo again. Karen of Beach Properties has to be one of the best rental agents I've ever used!

Week of 12/27 - 1/3/12. Nice clean condo. Bed was ok, could be updated with a new firmer mattress and box spring. All appliances worked. Service from Beach Properties of Hilton Head were fantastic. This is 3rd time I have used and will continue to use. Everything as stated. Was a very relaxing time. Weather was beautiful.

This is the second time we stayed at 3303 Windsor Court. We love the decor, it has been very clean and comfortable. We are always sad when we have to leave. The grounds are beautifully kept and the beach is excellent. We would love to spend a month in 3303 when we retire.

We have stayed in the Windsor complex for several years now trying a different unit each year. This year we stayed in 3303 and found it to be a comfortable condo. Great views of the property and ocean. It could use an upgrade in the electronics department and the master bath wall paper is in poor shape. I mention this only because my girls are huge tv junkies and the wall paper ( you couldn't help but notice). We love Windsor for its location to the food and shoping we enjoy and we look forward to our visit again next august. Also the pool is excellently kept by Brandon, he has been the pool attendant on each of our trips and he is quick to service the pool and get you back in the water.

The accomodations over all were very good and well kept. This unit had the best storage of any we have stayed at in the 13 years of visiting HH. Great view from balcony. Only issue was the soft mattress. Already discussing next visit.

The condo was in a great location and the building itself was very well taken care of. However the condo itself was dirty and in need of a deep scrub down. When we arrived I looked in the bathtub of the master bathroom and there was hair and dust in it. I have a 3 yr old that I bath so it's a good thing I traveled with cleaning supplies. The master bathroom in a whole was dirty and there was soap scum/mold built up in the shower the sinks drained very slow and the floor tiles were grimy. The kitchen was better, but there were crumbs in the cabinets, the coffee machine was disgusting; my husband had to scrub years worth of yuck out of where the water is kept. The balcony was in major need of a cleaning. One last thing I'm not sure the last time the coverlet on the bed was cleaned either...I don't want to complain or say our stay was horrible, we truely did enjoy our stay it's just those little things that if they were changed would have made our vist that much more enjoyable. Piece of advice to the owner just spend some money for a deep scrub down and the place would fantastic (even with the dated decor) :) Would we stay at that condo again, probably not, but we would try another place in Windsor court that was more updated and clean.

We have stayed at this condo in the past. On our recent stay we found the balcony area dirty, the rug in the bedroom extremely dirty and both bathroom sinks draining very slowly. When we checked in a couple was there to review the condition of the condo. They listened to our concerns but no action was taken.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The photos on the website showed a very nice property, but once we arrived, it was even better than the pictures hinted at. We loved the view, and while not oceanfront, the view out the living room window was great. The beach was a short walk from the property location. One of the most impressive things we can speak of was how clean and well maintained the condo was when we arrived. This was a memorable vacation, and we will definitely be returning to Hilton Head...and if it is available, to 3303 Windsor Court. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay on our vacation!

I understand that these properties are well used. But, As a renter, I expect that the property be clean ( check out the sliding door, the front window, the floors! Some of the pots and utensils need replaced. Also the chairs and sofa in the living room are not that comfortable and in need of new fabric. I hope I didn' offend anyone,but you asked.

Our recent vacation to Hilton Head couldn't have been better. It started the day I contacted Beach Properties to rent a condo. Even though this was the first time we rented through them, I was treated like an old friend. Our packet of information arrived quickly and had everything we needed. All we had to do when we arrived in Hilton Head was walk into our condo. No stopping to check in and no delays.
Our condo was beautifully decorated and ready for us when we arrived. It was just as it appeared in the photo on the internet and the rental properties book. Our condo was at Palmetto Dunes and that is our favorite place to be. It is centrally located and accessible to everything!
The rental rates were very reasonable! In fact when I first called to make the reservations I asked if there was something wrong with the unit because it was so reasonable. The representative assured me it was a lovely condo and she was correct! The views were awesome!
The last of April and first of May, the weather was magnificient. The beaches and restaurants were not crowded We ate all our evening meals out and some of our lunches. We had delicious seafood at several local restaurants and enjoyed them all very much. Can't wait to get back for more Key Lime Pie!!!
My husband enjoyed the golf course - both perfecting his putting and playing. He arranged a morning of fishing out of Shelter Cove Marina. He caught 4 trophy red fish. . .and has pictures to prove it. The fish each weighed between 45-60 lbs. He has been trying to catch the "big one that got away" from him in Destin, Florida for 20 years. We now know that big old red fish moved to Hilton Head and brought friends with him. They were released back to the water and he hopes to catch them again on the next trip. Our least favorite thing was having to leave South Carolina! We love Hilton Head and will be back soon. -

We very much enjoyed our stay, the accomdations were excellent. The condo was clean spaciuos, and had a lovely view. The close beach access was appreciated, and used numerous times a day. The availability of in-house appliances, and covered parking just enhanced the visit. I would recommend a stay at this location to anyone, and plan on revisiting again in the future.

- We were happy about being able to enter our condo when we got there. The information was mailed to our home and upon arrival we didn't have to go to the office and collect everything. Information regarding Hilton Head: maps, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, activities and attractions was readily available.
- The home was lovely decorated and very efficient. We loved the balcony and the oceanview.
- The location was very nice, we enjoyed our walks across the walkway and along the ocean. The pool area was very nice, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, although we encountered a few days when both were not warm/hot enough. We also liked the covered parking and the bikerack.
- We liked the pool area, the landscaping, the beach, we loved the biking around the island with those fabulous bike trails.
If you ask us, we would come again - when we don't know yet. -

We have been coming to HHI since the 80's and it just keeps getting better and better. This property is just beautiful and the grounds are kept in tip top condition including the pool area. We have already booked for May 2010 but at the Hamptons we want to try each site. I have also told many of our friends about your services at Palmetto Dunes. It's the best no compliants just a wonderful place to vacation at and your service is excellant.

Booking our stay was a breeze -- the staff at Beach Properties were terrific. We always love the Palmetto Dunes location -- this was an especially nice villa and one of the nicer ones we have stayed in. The package even included some time for tennis. We got the best rate for our stay out of any similar available properties during this time. The only bad aspect was the weather -- a little chilly and rainy but we managed a few good days.
