3323 Villamare is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located 3rd floor with ocean views from most rooms. This villa has newer flooring throughout and renovated baths. The living room has a 42 inch flat screen with surround sound, a queen sleeper sofa, as well as beautiful views of the pool and ocean. The fully equipped kitchen has newer appliances and granite countertops with a breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a large soaking tub, double vanity with granite and a separate private shower. We have been to Hilton Head 3 times. This is the first time we have stayed at a condo. The condo was nice. We shared it with another couple. It would have been nice to have had a little more room. The split bedroom plan was nice. The kitchen/dining room/family room seemed a little cramped. There was a huge rectangular table with 8 chairs and also 2 or 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar. It would have allowed more floor space with a smaller table & less chairs. When trying to pass someone on the way to the kitchen or bedroom, someone had to step aside and let the other person pass due to the bar stools and the kitchen table being so close to each other. Another thing I would recommend is the owner purchase some draperies with black-out lining. The only thing in both bedrooms were sheers which once the sun came up in the morning made it impossible to sleep in. Also one of the bedrooms had the vanity and mirrow out in the bedroom which was opposite the sliding glass door. The problem with this set up was once the sun was up there was a glare on the mirrow making it hard to get ready in the morning/early afternoon. Lastly, there was no deadbolt on the door. It had a keyless entry but on the inside there was no way to deadbolt the door at night. We absolutly love Hilton Head and the Palmetto Dunes area and definitely will be back again soon just not at this condo. The grounds of Palmetto Dunes are beautifully maintained. The grounds of this condo resort are maintained very well - in fact the week we were there, workers were working everyday to get the grounds ready for the summer rush.

We especially enjoyed the wonderful views from the two balconies and the lovely landscaping. Crews were out every monrning mainting the grounds and the lagoon. Beach is wonderful here, so is the pool. Beach properties responded very quickly to bring us a loner microwave when ours didn't work. They tried to fix the door to the balcony, but that remained very hard to open, our only complaint. We hope to come back next year to the same unit.

I would give it a B- because the condo could have been cleaner. The showers had alot of mold in them as if they don't scrub them down thoroughly. After drive 12 hours we couldn't get into the condo because the code we were given didn't work. But overall it was a great place to stay, right on the ocean and the pool is beautiful. Great location as well.

The unit was very nice, clean and up to date. We had plenty of space. We loved that the unit was close to the poo9l and ocean which gave us flexibility. I hope we can rent this unit in the future

Overall, the apartment was an good value for the space, location, and amenaties on site. Large TV with home theatre package was useful for using iPod and watching movies on the rainy days. But there was a few shortcomings. All the bed sheets/comforters were old, worn and appropriated to a very cheap hotel (scratchy and low thread counts). Every screen door to the apartment was difficult to move or came of the run entirely. Lastly a welding spot on the coffee table was broken which didn't effect the function, just the asthetics.

We loved our week at Hilton Head. Mainly because we had a very nice place to stay. We would recommend it to any one with a family looking to have a relaxing vacation to the beach.
