Villamare is located oceanfront in Palmetto Dunes. The complex is surrounded by lagoons, fountains and a beautiful courtyard. It also offers an oceanfront pool with large sundeck, Jacuzzi, as well as an indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi and fitness room, sauna and steam room. There is a poolside barbeque area as well. This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island. I was very impressed with the condo we stayed in at Villamare and the attention to detail. Everything in the condo and around the complex was very clean and well kept. The location was great. We will definitely be returning!

The service was excellent. The home was well furnished but the decor in general was slightly outdated. As always the amenities were excellent, the view of the beach was minimal because of the trees, no real problem to us. Palmetto Dunes is kept in pristine condition in keeping with the rest of the Island. We visit often and will do so again.

3328 Vill. has full compliments of just about everything.
It's updating (kitchen & baths) well done.
You can see the owners are particular and want to provide a meaningful experience for renters.
Beach Prop. and the house-cleaning crew do an excellent job
in preparing for new renters. -

We had a great stay at our Villamare condo in Hilton Head, SC. The location was perfect. It was just a short walk to the wonderful beaches. The outdoor pool was clean and neat with plenty of spaces for guests to lounge and enjoy the sunshine.
The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. -

3328 was not child friendly---too many things sitting around and the glass dining table was a constant worry with a 2 yr. old and a 4 yr. old. Tv's were small and outdated. Probably would not stay in this unit again.

unit was nice bedrooms were fantastic,kitchin well stocked.
Had a great time, have stayed in this condo before but not this unit.
The only issue we had was the living room furniture was worn out, especially the leather sleeper sofa it was very uncomfortable. (visit the unit sit on the sofa and you will see what we mean). we will stay at the Villamare again but would need a better sofa. -

Condo was very nice. Went to HHI with 2 other families who stayed in different condo units at Villamare. This was by far the nicest of the three units. Decorated nicely, very clean, everything worked and it had a nice location. Amenities were nice (tvs, dvd players, high speed internet, etc) but were not used much. The view is mostly of trees but the ocean can be seen. Morning breakfast/coffee on the balcony was nice. All in all a very nice place.

That basically sums up the first of many similar reactions by my children upon arriving at this condo. We were thrilled. It was lovely. Location was amazing. One thing I noticed immediately and continued to appreciate throughout the week were small touches everywhere that made me feel like the owners weren't being cheap about things. Not that anything was over-the-top, but I felt like we were staying at the home of someone who knew us (and trusted us) and less like a stranger, and I really appreciated that. Little warm/hospitable touches everywhere.
