Windsor Court South Oceanfront Complex ~ Just Steps from the Beach!
3502 Windsor Court is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with wonderful ocean views from most rooms. Located on the 5th floor, this villa is nicely decorated and will provide guests with spacious comfort. The full kitchen with granite countertops opens up into the living and dining area, which then leads to a private balcony. The master bedroom has a King bed and a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The second bedroom also has a King bed, and there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests will enjoy beautiful sunrises from either of the two balconies.

The unit itself was fine...enjoyed our visit and the condo had everything we needed. My only complain is the keyless entry problem with the unit the day we left. We took a big load of things to the car and, of course, closed the door. When we returned the code would not unlock the door and it was only 9am...your checkout time was 10am. All of my contact info for the management company was in the unit so it took awhile to locate a phone number for you. It sounded like this problem had happened before. This is the type of problem which should only happen once !

We found 3502 Windsor Court So. to be a wonderful stay. The two bedroom condo was perfect for two couples, because the guest bedroom is similar to a master suite. We liked that both bedrooms had access to balconies with beautiful views. The great maintenance of the condo was shown by attention to cleanliness and working appliances. We had no problem with the condo and would definitely love to return. Beach Properties always does a great job, and we have enjoyed booking our stays at Hilton Head with them.

Excellent service from Beach Properties in reserving this rental. Very helpful and courteous staff. This was not the nicest rental unit I have stayed at on Palmetto Dunes however it was a good value for the price. Overall the rental was good but I think it will likely need some upgrades to carpet and washer/dryer very soon. Windsor Court South was a good option and amenities were very good, i.e. pool, spa, grills and playground. Kids loved the turtle pond, definitely added something compared to the others. Did not see a gym which would be a nice feature for a treadmill, elliptical and some weights.

We had a fantastic experience in Hilton Head and at our Condo. Great location; great amenitiies; the condo was clean, well kept; all the necessary/needed kitchenware. It would have been nice to have more towels. Other than that I would return witout hesitation.

we have rented this property several times under the names of Tackett, Herman and Moore. I realize this property is reasonalbly priced but this time both couples thought the bed was uncomfortable. Don't know yet if this will have a bearing on whether we will rent this unit in the fall when we usually return the last week of Sept.

Nice condo, lovely views of the ocean and palm trees. Condo was clean and well stocked. Mattress was in need of replacenemt, but overall, we would stay here again. Beach Properties once again exceeded our expectations and highly recommend using their services the next time you're planning your stay on Hilton Head Island.

We just returned from our 3rd trip to this villa. We really love the location and the beautifully landscaped property. The condo is spacious and clean.
The ocean views from the condo are amazing! We loved being so close to the pool and the beach. The BBQ down by the pool was well equipped and we used it several times. The HD TV in the living room was great. Our kids love the pool. On our last visit, we were pleasantly surprised to find the condo had been repainted and now has granite countertops in the kitchen. We look forward to staying here again! -

Everything from the villa to the view is great for vacation. With the price you pay for a 2 bedroom you would think some extra perks would come with it. This was our second year in a row staying at this villa. The first year there were beach chairs and umbrellas in the villa and we had brought our own, so this year we left ours home. When we arrived at he villa this year there was nothing there so we had to pay $120 to the lifeguard to rent an umbrella that is set up at the edge of the dunes and ends up a mile away from the water by lunch and 2 sand covered chairs. A discount on the umbrella and chairs would have helped or maybe suggest you bring your own on the site.
The sink would back up if running the dishwasher or the garbage disposal and the dishwasher would backup if running water in the sink. The windows were covered with bird poo and the deck furniture also. That was disappointint because we didn't have access to things to clean them with without purchasing it ourselves and it was that way when we arrived. -

Great 2 bedroom oceanfront condo in Palmetto Dunes. We had 4 adults in the unit and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really liked that there was a king bed in each bedroom.

Beach Properties' service is always 5-star. The condo was certainly the best we've stayed in during the several times we've vacationed using Beach Properties rentals. I've never had two balconies before, and the master bathroom was beautiful! The condo was well equipped - I really loved having the wifi capability and the large screen TV for my DVD exercise in the mornings. Best? a tie between the wifi and the size of the rooms. Least? I take my 94 year-old mother in a wheelchair everywhere I can, and the property's private beach access had stairs which we could not maneuver. I should have checked first, but I had to rent a beach wheel chair to take her to a public beach.

It was okay, however the oudoor spa was not working and the pool was not kept very clean. We have been to Hilton Head before and we have stayed in nicer condos. Not one of my first choices if we go back.

We greatly enjoyed staying in 3502 Windsor Court South. It was our second year in a row to stay in this unit and we were happy with the experience. It seemed to us that a lot of wear and tear had taken place to the unit over the year. We don't feel as though that is a reflection on the owner, but on the renters. Overall, our experience was positive.
