403 Windsor Place is a one bedroom, two bath Hilton Head villa in Palmetto Dunes with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony overlooks a gorgeous grass yard with palm trees, lagoons, and lush tropical landscaping. Tastefully decorated, the 4th floor property provides tile floors which lead from the entryway throughout the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom. Overall a very positive second experience at Windsor Place. The building is always kept very clean and the unit we rented was, like the year before, very clean and inviting..
We like being on the beach...beautiful beaches may I add...favorable to sunbathing and bicycling...We like the cycling trails in Palmetto Dunes. Of course, the golfing in HH is a bonus. This year, we tried courses outside the Palmetto Dunes area and we discovered some very nice courses at a very affordable price. Over the years, my wife and I have vacationned at other locations in the South of the U.S., HH Island is at the top of the list and our stays at Palmetto Dunes have been second to none...Beach Properties has done a great job for us in the last two years. We intend to return in the future. -

We had such a lovely relaxing week! The ocean view was great ... we so enjoyed sitting on the balcony and reading our books. The unit was clean and neat ...it had everything we needed for the week. We walked the beach several times and explored Hilton Head and the general area. It was a wonderful week!

This condo is in a great location, not close to the "Central Hilton Head" area, but bikeable there in about 20 minutes up the beach, or walkable in about 40 (if you like walks along the beach).
It is within a complex with free shuttle service, including to the general store, golf, tennis and bike rental, and also with service to the grocery store, several restaurants and Shelter Cove (dining, small shops and the marina).
The room was very clean and there was bedding, towels, cookware and all you could need in the kitchen as far as tools/appliances. Could have used some basic food items such as salt/pepper/sugar, but otherwise a good set-up.
Two nice pools, one with zero entry for the kids. Plenty of lounge space around.
I liked that I could see the ocean from the living room, bedroom and balconies, but with the fountains running until 10:30pm and the crickets after that, you won't be able to hear the ocean from there. The walk to the ocean isn't far, nor is the pool, but you do need to wait for the elevator and so it's not a "quick" run back to the room. Still, the pool is just on the other side of the building, but down 4 1/2 floors.
I wish I could have heard the ocean from the room or balcony, but I'd definitely stay there again. It was a great location and like I said, clean and well-set-up. -

After having such a wonderful time the cleaning crew promptly showed up on time we were making our 2nd trip to the car so we were running about 5 minutes behind schedule, we let them clean the back since my husband had just 1 more trip to the car with me staying inside the condo. The crew were just so rude and unfriendly it made me feel uncomfortable

This was the most relaxing vacation we have had in forever. The condo was great- clean & comfortable. There is no need to even leave the resort, but plenty to do if you decide to. The grounds are beautiful and the "kiddie" pool was great. Our kids loved it. We will definitely be returning next year, it will probably become our standard family vacation place.

We enjoyed the condo. It's beachfront location is great and the pool is wonderful for both children and adults. The kitchen was totally functional, however the appliances were quite out-dated. The television in the living room was also ridiculously small. Everything else was fine. Not luxurious, but all you really need for a great vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. It was priced fairly.

A beautiful condo, even more beautiful setting!! We had great weather, too. We vowed to come back in 2010. However, we are renting on Tybee Island this year because it's more convenient to Savannah where our daughter lives.

Ideal balcony location giving fantastic views of the
ocean and surrounding gardens.
The furnishings were a little sparse and tired and
perhaps need an update now and the size of the TV in
the lounge was a joke - we needed binoculars to watch
it. This is the first time in the States that I have
had issues with the size of the TV but it is the
little things (pun intended) that make the difference
between a 5 star and a 3 star rating.
To sum up therefore, the superb location is let down

We loved the condo that we stayed in. It was furnished beautifully and we were able to "move right in." The proximity to the pool and the beach was beyond wonderful. It was ideal. We met wonderful people sitting around the pool and were even invited to dinner by one couple who wanted to finish up the food they had purchased.
We loved the area, as there were beautiful paths to walk on (one of our favorite activities).
We also loved that we were close enough to the main highway to get whatever we needed or to go wherever we wanted, yet we were very secluded when we were in our unit or by the pool or at the beach.
Thank you for a wonderful week! We look forward to doing it again!
