We stayed on Hilton Head @ Windsor Court for many years, arranged through Beach Properties, and every year the process is flawless in it's ease and service. This was our 3rd time in this condo, which we love for it's comfort, view, and access to all the venues in Palmetto Dunes. Beach Properties has always gone above and beyond in providing service and ammenities while booking, prior to our arrival, and they are immediately responsive to any needs we have while there. Beach Properties makes us fell as if we've "come home" to Hilton Head.

We had a great week at 4402 Windsor Court North. The unit was well kept and appointed with conveniences and very large. We loved Palmetto Dunes. Beach Properties of HH was a pleasure to work with. Everything was smooth and relaxing.

This is our 3rd stay at Windsor and love the location and beaches on this part of Palmetto Dunes. Room was clean and view is nice from balcony and rooms.
For the $$$ lacks some updates compared to other units in the same complex.
Pro:location
Con: Needs some updates and new shower head in Master. -

Enjoyed our stay at this unit! It has a nice relaxing view. Service was great from beach properties when the dvd players weren't working. We love staying in palmetto dunes since it is central to everything. This is our new favorite place to stay. If I had a complaint, it would be for them to replace the shower heads. It was a challenge to wash my long hair. My favorite part about the unit was how open the unit was, it was nice and bright and you can see the ocean well from all rooms!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Windsor Court North. The location is great and the ocean view was beautiful. The layout of the unit was nice, but the decor could use a bit of updating. The unit could have used a more thorough cleaning. We found cheerios under one of the beds and food crumbs under the couch. My young son found a pair of underwear stuck in the couch cushions. The bathrooms need a good cleaning. Overall, it was nice. We would stay at Windsor Court North again, but definitely not this same unit.

We had a lovely stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and pool. Our unit was clean, except for under the beds, which had remaining candy wrappers and stuff from the privious occupant. We took full advantage of the kitchen and laundry facilites. When we had a problem with our sink, the maintenance staff fixed it within a few hours. Our television remote didn't work in the master bedroom and that was a pain. We asked for it to be replaced but it wasn't.

We enjoyed our stay. the condo was very nice. We had ablsolutley no complaints. the one time we had some minor diffiuclty the person we called was elpful in solving the minor problem. We would highly recommend the location and the facilities.

This is the only complex we've stayed at in Hilton Head, every time is just great. The Beach Properties company is excellent and offers top quality.

I thought the condo was very pretty and well maintained. My only complaint was the TVs were outdated. I would have liked to have at least one high definition TV - it's been awhile since I've stayed at a place that didn't have one.

We found the Condo in great shape. It was clean. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and a great location. When I return to Hilton Head I will stay at the Windsor Courts

4402 Windsor Ct North was a beautifully decorated, and perfectly located oceanfront condo which afforded great views. Staying there allowed a sense of luxury accommodation, as all the Windsor Ct properties do. Itspoiled us to stay at the condo because we won't want to go back to using another Windsor Ct condo in it's place.
