Loved 445 since we rented for the 3rd year in a row. Great for us and our two grown girls and their boy friends. This place is beatiful and a top notch place. Only little grip was the over the stove microway was broken but when we called Beach Front Properties they brough a loaner/temp microwave for us to use. Kudos for Beach Front for reacting so quickly. Hope to see you next summer.
Ps Loved the fact we could check in with the door pass code and did not have to bother going to the realitor office.

This unit was very nice, and gave a great view of the ocean. It had been up graded in many areas. The only thing I would change is it needed an otterman or reclining chair in the greatroom and more light for reading. But overall a great place.

We found the room to be immaculate and up to date in style and amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our meals with ease. I wish the showers had a little more water pressure and that there was a line to hang clothes to dry but otherwise, plenty of towels and vanity space.

This was a perfect condo. Loved the 3 sliding doors that opened to the balcony. Wish there was more seating in the living room. The kitchen was beautiful and clean. Main bathroom had a very slow drain in the tub. We had a sandy tub all week. Hopefully next time I will research for a condo on the main floor. This would walk directly out to the pool and beach. The pool was great.

We had a great time and enjoyed the grounds. We especially liked the bicycling and being right on the beach. The room was clean and was great having a washer and dryer. The location was really good also.

The rental property (445 Captain's Walk) that we stayed in was great!! Clean, functional with lots of "extras" in the kitchen, quiet, comfortable with wonderful views of the ocean. We are looking forward to coming back to this property!
