48 Lands End Road is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath Sea Pines Rentals Hilton Head located in the highly desirable Lands End Community near South Beach Marina. This Cape Cod duplex, which is in a cul-de-sac, offers magnificent views of the Calibogue Sound and Harbour Town Lighthouse. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the dolphins playing in the surf from the comfort of the screened-in porch. With two separate tables with seating for four at each, there is plenty of room for the whole family. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the summer. Six steps down is a large sundeck with built-in benches, a variety of seating, and a charcoal grill. It is th...e perfect spot for watching boats pass by, seagulls soaring through the sky, or catching a beautiful sunset. There are 2 private parking spaces in front of 48 Lands End. Four steps lead to a covered porch with a bench.

The living room has 2 floral couches, 2 comfortable armchairs, and a large flat screen TV with VCR and DVD. There is a sliding door out to the screened porch. From the front door the dining room is to the left with seating for 8 on high back bamboo cushioned chairs. Guests can enjoy the excellent view of the Calibogue Sound and Braddock Cove whether they are cooking in the kitchen, sitting down for a meal, or relaxing in the living room with a good book. The kitchen allows natural light from the window facing the front yard, and has a door out to the covered porch. A gorgeous grass yard surrounds the home with lush tropical landscaping and tall palm trees.

48 Lands End offers great bedroom separation. From the front entrance the first twin bedroom is past the dining area, and down the hallway on the left. A hallway door leads to the private bath with a combination tub/shower. A second door leads to the 2 twin beds facing the front driveway, which has a small flat screen TV. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the home and offers a king bed with a wonderful view of the water and the marsh. There is an armchair, small flat screen TV, and a door to the screened porch. The private bath has double sinks and a door to the combination tub/shower. There is a handrail by the toilet and the tub. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with the guest room on the left with sailboat-themed wallpaper. There are 2 twin beds, a small flat screened TV, and a private combination tub/shower. The fourth bedroom with seashell-themed wallpaper offers a fantastic view of the Calibogue Sound and Braddock Cove. There is a king bed, small TV, and a private bath with a door to the combination tub/shower.

There is nothing better than being close to the beach! From the sundeck it is a quick 13 steps down to a secluded little beach. Bird enthusiasts will be thrilled with this location. 48 Lands End is the perfect retreat for your next family vacation.

  Our family truly enjoyed a break from our busy schedules. Managed to soak up some sun on the deck watching the boats come and go from South Beach Marina. Lands End is such a perfect location. You really get to enjoy watching the sea life in the sound and the cove, and also the boats - big and small. Most especially, we love the peacefulness of Lands End. There is great space in 48 Lands End for a large group. We were sorry to leave.

  Awesome Views

  When looking for a place to stay, I was looking for a place which could offer peacefulness, views of the dolphins and still be close enough to activities. I was traveling with three of my children, my good friend and her daughter. We couldn't have been happier with our location! It was private, peaceful and we had an awesome view of the Sound. We were fortunate enough to see the dolphins close to the shoreline every day. The benefits of the location far outweighed any imperfections there may have been, so I don't have anything to say other than we had an awesome vacation! Beach Properties was very easy to work with and check-in was hassle free. We are definitely planning a return trip!

  Watching the sun rise over Harbourtown Lighthouse and set over the atlantic Ocean was a daily treat. Beautiful!

  a shabby property in a beautiful location

  The property is in serious need of renovation to match its beautiful location, million dollar view and surrounding properties.Security was a concern as some of the windows would not latch and some electrical outlets were uncovered. Both TV and reception were poor...living room seating comfortable as was the master bed.. Landscaping needed some TLC and was littered with debris. Warped boards on deck were a tripping hazard. On our next visit we will seek nearby properties to rent instead of this one.
  Rental company support and personnel were excellent.

  Since your visit, we have resolved a majority of the issues including a new 37" flat screen TV in the living room, new patio furniture and just a general maintenance sweep. The owner just had new carpet installed last month and is looking into ordering new dining room furniture.
