4 Lands End is a New England style 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex located in the South Beach Marina area of Sea Pines offering great water views of Braddock Cove. The beautiful home has been newly updated with new flooring, painting and bedding throughout.
The kitchen has new cabinets, granite counter tops and hardwood floors which continue to the living and dining area. Off the living and dining area is a relaxing screened porch with beautiful views of the cove.

This villa is nice and comfortable. Great location. very quick walk to the beach which is not crouded.

The setting of this house is excellent - private with a view and close to the activities at South Beach. Unfortunately, the house is not well-maintained. Drawers in the kitchen and bedrooms did not work, and the doorknob to the closet came off in my hand. The only large cooking pot was rusty. In addition, the table in the screened porch was virtually unusable, since the glass top had been removed. While the first floor is well-decorated with granite counter tops, but unfortunately no attention has been paid to the basics. Also, when we arrived there was hair in the shower drains, food on the kitchen counter, and dusty furniture.

We loved the location and the accommodations. We found this property on the Internet and the process to make reservations was very easy. The customer service I received when calling to ask questions and finalize payment was excellent. I was impressed with the condo and the area. It was easy to rent bicycles and I highly recommend doing that. We also rented kayaks in nearby Harbour Town.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans so it was a great place to cook and serve a meal. All in all, this was a comfortable, clean, relaxing vacation and I would love to come back very soon! -

We enjoyed our stay - it was close to the beach and the lagoon was in our back yard. My granddaugher saw dolphins in the lagoon fishing. It was neat and comfortable and entirely what we needed.

Love Hilton Head, but not this townhome

We have stayed in several of the Land's Inn townhomes and we always have a good time. However, this unit was my least favorite. The unit smelled like cigarette smoke in the upstair's bathroom and bedroom where the kids stayed. The TV in the den was small. The furniture was good and clean, but the decor had tacky flowers, no beach theme. The view from the back porch and deck was limited by trees. However, the weather was fantastic and we will definitely plan another trip over Easter, but in a different townhome.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your visit to this villa. I am not sure what to think about the smoke smell in the upper areas as this is a non-smoking villa. As for the furnishings, this villa was just renovated early 2010 and though it may have some floral bedspreads etc., they decorated it more like a New England cottage.

House was very clean and comfortable. Were a lot of ants on the back porch the first half of the week, but they came and sprayed and it was fine after.

Great service from Beach Properties maintenance - we have 2 out 3 kitchen lights burn out.
Items we noticed that should be added:
Frying pan with a lid
Couple of more pots
Large serving bowls and platters
Bowl large enough to mix a large salad
More deck furniture
Lamp near single chair in LR
End tables in LR
Towel rack in Mstr bath ws laying on counter
New extra blanket in Mstr - current extra stained
Blanket in upstairs rear BR very scratchy and stiff
