My family really enjoyed our stay, very close to beach and the pool, great views and somewhat central to all activities on Hilton Head.
The unit is in very good shape however the bathrooms could use some refreshing. -

We have vacationed at Hilton Head Island for over twenty years and have never been disappointed. This villa was especially nice. Beautiful view, well equipped and maintained. The service with the staff is excellent. Dana, Ashley and Judy were very helpful. Thanks again!

The only negative, is the air conditioning requirement. Keeping the thermostat at 72, doesnt work. It gets extremely warm. If they need a new or larger air conditioner unit, I suggest theyinvest in one. Everyting else was perfect.

Our daughter and her husband joined us for the eight days. Unit was spacious with two separated bedrooms and bathrooms. We we able to get in 3 hours early which was a bonus and much appreciated. Beautiful view of the sunrise over the altantic. We ate out on the balcony every chance we had.

Services were excellent. Unit was well equipped. Location was perfect. Everything that was promised.

A well furnished and convenient condominium. A few minor inconveniences that could easily be remedied -
1. No cabinet space in kitchen for food products; all space is taken up with kitchenware and appliances.
2. Found a broom but no dustpan.
3. Water in bathrooms, especially in early days of stay, had very strong sulfer odor; might check water heater for sulfer bacteria.
4. Building elevator not clean and had strong mold/mildew odor noticed by other guests as well.
Property facilities were good; excellent beach access, unit was well maintained and provisioned. -

The condo and surrounding area were absolutely beautiful and well cared for. Our only issue was there were roaches in the condo. Exterminators sprayed while we were there, but that only brought them out more. I would probably still go back though.

This condo is updated in the kitchen, bathrooms however have not been updated and when used jacuzzi bathtub in master bath black specks came out of jets. Also sulpher smell to water was unbearable for a bath. A/C unit was inefficient, always seemed to be hot, when a/C would run was cool, however became hot again quickly and didn't want a/C turned below 72 degrees. Other than those two things this condo furniture was comfortable, very clean. Nicely decorated. Balcony was excellent. Would stay again.
