It boasts spectacular views from all windows and the bedrooms and living areas all have private access to the exquisite wrap-around balcony that makes you feel like you are on top of the world! The master bedroom is located off the living area featuring a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and two vanities. The other two bedrooms are off the kitchen/entrance area down a hall. We have been going to Hilton Head for over 20 years and this unit was the best unit we ever rented. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it's perfect for families or couples etc. We love renting from Beach Properties -we have rented from several companies over the years. Our only complaint
is that there are not enough supplies left in the unit for a week. We fly to the area and don't have the luxury of bring supplies from home. It would be nice to have a supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, clothes detergent etc. to last for a week. -

Fantastic view! Condo was beautifully appointed, service was great. Glitch with electricity in master bedroom was fixed once we figured out to hit the reset button on the plug in bathroom.

My 86 year old mother wanted to see and hear the ocean again. 513 Barrington Court provided a wonderful experience for her and our family. She could experience the ocean without even leaving the villa, however, the ocean was so close she was able to make the trip and feel the saltwater on her toes.

This unit is beautiful! The view is breathtaking - exactly what you would want from a ocean front property. My only suggestions would be to put an additional lock on the exit door - children can easily open the door and walk out.

Palmetto Dunes is beautiful, beach wonderful, love Hilton Head. 513 Barrington Court condo was perfect location, had perfect views but condo itself left lot to be desired. Kitchen was nicely updated but condo was dirty and in need of maintenance. Dirty dishes in kitchen cabinets, ran everything thru dishwasher before using, carpet dirty & stained. Stains on pillow (yuck-no excuse) black around/in jets in tub, broken towel bars & hooks in master bath, doorwall screens fell off, etc. Furniture & bedding so so... Give this condo the attention it needs and it would be great.

Beach Properties is an excellent company. We have praised and recommended them to all our friends. We could not have had better or friendlier service.
The home was beautiful and the view fantastic! We were extrememly happy with the location - quiet, except for the sound of the ocean -- we loved that! We woke up to the beauty of the ocean in our room - two large windows. The beach was able to be seen in every room - no tops of trees to intervere. The condo is very close to the beach.
Our favorite part was the view, of course. It helped us to enjoy the beach even on cold and cloudy days. We have to add that the condo has a superb television with an excellent sound system. It was a movie theater at night. I almost forgot to mention another important favorite. The king size beds were fabulous. Our guests loved theirs, and we slept well every night.
It was a dream vacation. We stayed a month and loved every minute. We would definitely love to stay in this condo again. I miss it greatly! We loved our vacation at 513 Barrington Court. We spend every summer in Hilton Head, and this location has been the best.. A view from every room. We could sit in the living room and see what the kids where doing at the beach.. Can't wait to go back..

I sent a review of this condo upon our return the beginning of Sept. 2009. While the view was spectacular and the accommodations comfortable, when we arrived, we found the unit to be extremely dirty. Kitchen counters had crumbs and twist ties on them, obviously not watched thoroughly. We found it necessary to wash out the refrigerator because of milk stains and a lot of crumbs. After we soaked the disgusting mop provided in the condo, we had to rewash the floors. The garbage can had an odor to it also. We removed the new bag provided, and found maggots at the bottom. We had to soak the trash can in the bathtub for hours before reuse. The bathrooms were equally dirty. The master tub had a "used" bar of soak stuck to the corner of the tub and it was clear it had not been cleaned. I had to go to the grocery store to purchase cleaning products and I spent 1/2 of my first vacation day cleaning the unit.
I am not sure I would use Beach Property again because I never received a response to my first complaint sent in September.
