530 Shorewood is the perfect rental location in Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island, and just steps from the beach. This 5th floor villa overlooks the pool and ocean, and has been updated with granite countertops in the kitchen and attractive furniture in the living room. Since it is an end unit, there are extra windows that make it light and bright.

We had a wonderful time...the location was perfect- close to beach & walking distance to grocery store & Coligny Plaza. It was so relaxing to stay here & everything was provided especially in the kitchen area. We really didn't need to get anything but the food itself. We had a little trouble w/the DVD player but someone came w/a new remote within minutes & got it taken care of. (a previous guest must have taken the remote to the DVD & left their videocamera remote by mistake!oops!) It really was just perfect :-)

This end unit condo sits on the top floor of the complex so it was perfect for us. We stayed in early May so the area was pretty relaxed. The bathrooms and the kitchen have been updated and we felt that we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had no issues working with Beach Properties of HHI. The beachside pool was very nice and the beach itself was well maintained. If we go back to HHI, I would definitely rent this unit again.

Our first trip to Hilton Head, and our first stay at Shorewood. We couldn't be more pleased. The facility is right on the beach, and a literal stone's throw (across the street) from Coligny Plaza.
The apartment is 5th floor, but is near the elevator (not right next to it... there was no noise; just near). Pool is 2 minutes away, and beach is 3.
Bike paths run all through town, and several intersect right near Shorewood. You can head in nearly any direction you like.
Clean rooms, plenty of towels, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was great. There was a stereo and nice TV, but we didn't use those much.
The pictures on this site don't do justice to the beach view; it was much better than we expected. (There's another condo straight ahead, but there is a huge expanse of water visible slightly to the side.
I think we got very good value for our money, and would stay here again. -

The villa was really nice and well equipped with everything we needed. It was our 8th vacation in Hilton Head and I would rank this place as the best. I was glad to have extra trash bags that lasted us for two weeks of our stay. We enjoyed the spacious balcony giving us a beautiful view and refreshing breeze! The second bedroom has very small beds, which are good only if you come with children.

Accommodations were excellent. Check in was easy. Pool was great; beach access was easy; beach was beautiful. Location was convenient to resaurants, shopping, and grocery. Our family enjoyed the week and had a great time!

530 Shorewood has a wonderful view...it is on the end, so it is more private. Beautiful kitchen, plenty of space. And, the location couldn't be beat! We are returning in May! Best recommendation ever!

perfect location right on the beach with security gates on both ocean and street entrances. great view from this condo. good restaurants and shopping within walking distance and kitchen well stocked for cooking when we ate in. I especially liked hving the entry code to the complex and condo before leaving home and not having to meet someone or go to an office to pick up the keys.

The condo was great, we are thinking about requesting it for next year. The only thing I missed was a grill but understand why there can not be one at the faciltiy. If there was any complaint it would not be about the facalities it would be about other parents not controlling their teenages.

Perfect location, great view from our patio. Close to the beach, and what a great beach it is ! Pool and grounds very well maintained.Liked the fact there were no keys to worry about. Number pad @ main gate was difficult @ times. Honestly I don't have one complaint. Looking forward to a return trip

The services I recieved from Beach Properties were great. They were patient in answering my questions about the property and about Hilton Head.
530 Shorewood is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the layout. My family and I had wonderful times. We loved the access to the beach and that it was in walking distance of shopping areas and areas to relax in and enjoy. -

The condo was nice and big for our family of 4. We had plenty of room to spread out if needed. I love the renovations that were done. The kitchen was nicely decorated. My only wish was that is was directly on the beach.

Stayed here for a week with my husband and son during the shoulder season. Accommodations are nice, location in Hilton Head is great. Property rental company is easy to deal with. I heard they were going to replace/upgrade the entire pool area, I would check that prior to renting again. The beach is very convenient, but my son loved the pool more.
