5505 Hampton Place has direct ocean views, you can watch the sunrise from your balcony. The Hampton Place Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, BBQ area, children's pool, gazebo and deck, restrooms, and showers. There is also an elevator and covered parking. Beautifully decorated, this villa offers balconies off living room and 2nd bedroom, as well as full kitchen with new appliances and granite counter tops, breakfast bar, separate laundry room and new carpet throughout.

both bathroom showers and jet tubs are a little outdated and the carpet in the living area is a little old. The appliances in the kitchen are not stainless steel as the they appear in the photos. The view of the ocean is the best part about this unit.I think the bathrooms both need major updates for the money one spends on this unit.

This villa was one of the most beautiful places that we have stayed at in Hilton Head. The kitchen had everything I could possibly imagine. Everything was also working. Nothing broken. The view from the living room was #1. The villa was furnished well and the decor was magnificent. I will definately rent this villa again.

Terrific property, great views from balcony. Clean and well maintained, no suprises (which is exactly what you want!). Stocked with all the essentials that you need for your stay. Easy to check in, covered parking as a plus. Plantation is very easy to get around by bike. Location was great, short bike ride to tennis and golf. Pool area was nice, used the BBQ on night and had a blast. Friendly neighbors (fellow travelers). All in all a great trip and great experience with Beach Properties. Cant wait to come back...

Having stayed in Hilton Head 4 other times 5505 Hampton Place was the best of the accomadations that we have stayed in. The only downside was that we did on the last evening and the morning that we left see a roach in the guest bedroom, a pretty good size one, and a little roach in the master bedroom the morning we left. Early in the week, it could have been Sunday or Monday, an exterminator came to the door and came in and sprayed a couple times along the base boards. We did not know this person was coming. He had a big set of keys and I assume he would have come in even if we were not at home. Is this normal and is Beach Properties aware of this? He did, upon completion of his spraying, fill out a form on the inside of a kitchen cabinet.

Thank you for your response, we appreciate the feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the roach issue, and thank you for informing us so that we can take care of this ASAP. This issue tends to happen from time to time being that we are on an island and especially after sprayings a few will show up. We are very sorry that no one gave you a heads up about the pest spraying! The pest company is to inform us before going out so that we may alert you of there arrival or reschedule if this is a problem. So sorry for the inconvienance. Glad to hear everything else was good. Beautiful property, setting, furnishings etc. Quality throughout at a great price. Will return... needs a new garbage disposal but otherwise near perfection

The unit was very tastefully decorated and immaculate. We left it as we found it. Only negative...blaring, and somewhat scary fire alarms that went on for about half an hour.

The property is top notch, with a great top floor view of the ocean. The second
bedroom is a bit cramped, probably because one of the two beds is full size.
The TV in the living area was upgraded to a flat screen (a welcome addition
from the previous one), but the ones in the bedroom are old tube TVs.
Bathrooms are nice and spacious and there's a big walk-in closet in the master
