Our family of five truly enjoyed this home and our Hilton Head Island vacation. The small private pool was refreshing, and the walk to the beach was just right. We brought along our bikes, so we appreciated access to the garage.

Beach Properties proved yet again to be excellent agents. We had a problem with an en-suite shower - one phone call to the number provided ensured the repair was carried out that day. The property was as described in the literature thus ensuring as excellent holiday

Home has open floor plan with easy flow. could use updating of paint as 1st floor bathroom looked sad. Pool was great, air conditioning was good and split level of bedrooms was perfect!! Smoke detector kept going off so we finally took it off the ceiling. Also need to leave space for people to store food being they lock pantry. Overall good home!!!

The house was very clean. There were plenty of dishes and silverware to accommodate 7 adults. My only complaint was with the appearance of the pool. The paint is coming off of the bottom of the pool and it gives the impression that it is dirty. There were several places around the edge of the pool where the grout had chipped away from the tiles. I know that it was clean but it just didn't look inviting. Not a big thing in the whole scheme of things but someone in our group was bothered by it. Other than that...the house was awesome. The bedrooms were all very nice. The living room was big and comfortable. Our grill ran out of gas one evening. We called for a new tank and it was there the next morning. We appreciate that.

We absolutely loved our stay. With the exception of a late start (because the cleaners were still there), and a few roaches left behind, all was good.
We really loved the layout, the large bedrooms, and the privacy the bedrooms offered. Not too easy to find our way to the beach, but we did and it was a nice walk.
We loved the open kitchen area; great for family conversations. The cul-de-sac was a nice location for the house also.
We like the backyard the least - wasn't comfy; just a pool.
Overall it was really nice.
