602 Barrington Park is a great Hilton Head Island rental. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath villa sleeps 8 people and is located on the 1st floor of a 2 story building in Palmetto Dunes. When entering the villa you will be in the main kitchen and living area. The open living area has a sleeper sofa and features light hardwood floors, a dining table for 6, and balcony access. The open kitchen looks out to the living area and has additional seating at the breakfast bar. While on the balcony, you can enjoy views of the pond and fountain along with the beautiful oak and palm trees.

the only problem we noticed was the last day or two there seemed to be wet carpet in the hallway right outside the master bedroom...this didnt affect our stay, which was terrific, but might be an issue for the owner. my wife was not sure the washer/dryer worked very well - but that was certainly a minor issue. we also rented 711 for son's family and that was just beautiful. we hope to return next year - very pleased with your service and love the area...

The location of the units is great. Easy walk to pool and beach. Great overlook of turtle pond.
Unit is large enough for 4 adults and 2 kids.
Bugs were an issue. Tiny little ants in kitchen on counter tops. Live roach flying around living room. And most disgusting was when one of the kids walked into room with a 3 inch dead roach in her hand that she found in carpet in bedroom. -

This condo was exactly as described and it was great! The company was quick to respond to the one problem we had with the sliding glass door. Great condo, great location...I will definitely use Beach Properties of HH to rent again!

I would suggest some updating on furnishings and decor - especially in the living room area. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable to even sit on and the person sleeping on it said it was very uncomfortable. I would also add a few more cooking items to the kitchen like muffin pans and grilling items. Traveling with young children you tend to eat in more than eat out. The outside area is very well maintained!

Great rental experience - beach front rentals is a friendly company. Condo is great for kids - w/ a view of turtle pond, easy access to ocean, and good pool. Condo decor a bit dated, but easy to live in ...

Condo was very nice and clean ans everything met my expectations.Only thing that was wrong the whole week was the the cable was working the day we arrived but it was fixed in a timely matter. The scenery around the facility was very pretty and everything was taken care with great care.

What a great week!! My family of 5 stayed comfortably and had a great time. The unit was clean and well equipped. If you like to BBQ, buy charcoal-no gas grills on site. The pool is small but warm and fun. The beach was beautiful and the locals were fun and friendly. A lot to do on the island. We'll be back.

Barrington Park is a quiet, clean resort set back from the ocean in Palmetto Dunes. 602 was a spacious, well-kept, 3-bedroom condo with all the amenities one would wish for. In March, we appreciated the heated pool and hot tub, and having a keyless entry worked well with teenagers! It is a place to where we plan to return.

We've been to HH many times and enjoy the Barrington units the most for their facilities and attention to service and detail . This one ( # 602 Barrington Park ) was nicely furnished and maintained , and had a nice view of the pool and hot tub area , and beach beyond . Being on the 2nd floor it was handy to the parking area and bike racks . Beach Properties had all the paperwork organized and were helpful in getting us settled in , and the owner was reasonable in settling on a good rate .
