Our stay at 6101 Hampton Place was great. The location of this property is wonderful - quick and easy walk to the pool and the beach. The furnishings inside were incredibly complete - everything you would need for entertaining and living. The condition of the property was also good - no issues of any kind. We had 4 adults and 2 children in our party and everyone had a great time. The ability to call Beach Properties if you have an issue and talk to a real person is a big plus. I would rent from this company again - they are very thorough.

First rate accommodations. Very clean and like new! We loved the 3 bedroom layout and the condo was larger than we expected. We loved that the kids room was completely separated from the family room and kitchen so that our kids could go to sleep or sleep in and not be awakened by the noise of the Family Room, TV or Kitchen.
The unit is a 1st floor end unit so getting to the pool or parking lot was easy and didn't require the use of the elevator - the stairwell was right outside our front door. We packed and unpacked the car without using the elevator at all. Only used the elevator when using the stroller.

The home was beautiful and had everyting we needed to have a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the view from our room. The walk to the pool and beach was great and we were able to get around without any trouble. The whole family had a great time and we would recommend 6101 Hampton Place to anyone.

We had a fantastic time at 6101 Hampton Place. The rental was clean, spacious and convenient. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, it offered the best balance between privacy and togetherness. We were right on the beach, allowing us to truly enjoy our time! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Everything was wonderful; location excellent, everything was clean, comfortable and in good working order. Check in-out was a breeze, too. I filled out a rating card to discuss some minor ant issues and a loose toilet, so that the owner could address before the season is over. These were very minor though. Our vacation in the condo was great!

We had a wonderful time and this was a beautiful condo. We loved all the space and the beautiful view as we sat out everyday with our drinks and appetizers. The only problem was the Jacuzzi tub which was fixed to some degree but the one sprayer was not replaced and we did not want to use it so just used it as a bathtub which was fine. There was certainly nothing missing in this condo and the decor was beautiful. We are so happy on our choice to stay at 1601 as it certainly made for an awesome vacation.

This was a beautiful place. Only negative things were that the ice machine in fridge made about 5 cubes per day. Was it broken? We had to buy ice all week. Also, I don't think the oven was working properly. Lasagna supposed to take 2 hours but it was in at proper temp (per display) for three hours and wasn't done yet. We had to microwave it.

We loved our stay at 6101 Hampton Place. The condo was beautiful and very
clean. We really liked being the end unit and being on the first floor. It was
very convenient to the stairs (right outside the door), so we didn't have to use
the elevator and since it was on the first floor, it was only one flight down. It
was a very private unit and close to the pool. We loved it so much that we are
already planning our next vacation. -

The vacation home was nicely decorated and very clean. It was nice to have a
pool and the beach. It was very easy to rent the bicycles for riding on the
beach. Very convenient location for the pool. We really enjoyed the vacation. -

We stayed in this property recently and were thrilled with the accomodations. It was newly redecorated, very roomy and clean. The location was very convenient to the rest of the resort.
We would recommend this property to all who want luxory accomodations in a beautiful resort.
