Hilton Head beach villa rentals don’t get better than 6401 Hampton Place! Completely renovated, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom ocean view villa is spectacular.
Upon entering the property, you walk into the dining room with 3 large framed mirrors on the wall. These mirrors reflect the views in the villa and the interesting pendant lighting overhead. The dining table consists of wood and metal with 6 contemporary, leather chairs. There is also a wet bar. Had a great week in Hilton Head. This is the second time we have stayed in this Hampton Place unit. We love the quiet location. I would like to suggest that this unit be updated in the bathrooms, the tile and fixtures are looking dated, and also the kitchen area needs to be cleaned a little more. Other than those things, we had a great time.

We've rented through Beach Properties before, and they are wonderful to work with. We've also stayed at Hampton Place before and love the convenience and amenities of the location. This year we "upgraded" to 6401 Hampton Place, and unfortunately were a bit disappointed. This is a beautiful property, however it is in need of repairs. We could have lived with the minor problems (bathroom rack falling out of wall, shower water constantly leaking out of tub onto floor, broken bedroom closet door, piles of paint cans in laundry room), but the condition of the kitchen floor was unacceptable. For the cost of this condo, the buckling kitchen floor and large hole in front of the dishwasher was a real surprise.

Stay was a pleasure, but the spray from landscape maintenance cost me $150 to restore the paintwork on the Bmw- this is not acceptable.
We have been staying on Hiton Head for over 20 years. -

Our family have been vacationing to Hilton Head since the l970's. We enjoy staying in Palmetto Dunes. The condo in Hampton Place is perfect for our family. We plan to return next year!

I would recommend 6401 Hamilton Place to anyone staying on Hilton Head Island. Its a great location and the Beach is excellent.

The condo was nice and spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 young children. The view was nice and the furnishings are updated. The mattresses and sheets have room for improvement. We thoroughly enjoyed playing at pool and beach all day and using the nicely equipped kitchen to prepare meals at home. Charcoal grills are available by the pool as well. It was a great vacation, a great location, and I am sure we will be returning again!

We had a wonderful week. 5401 is a nicely decorated unit and all went well. We had one repair promptly made to a bathroom shower head, which corrected the problem. The unit could use a couple of extra DVD players in the bedrooms for convenience. The only distraction is the tree limbs that partially block the ocean view, however, we understand Hhi's tough restrictions on pruning trees. We utilize your firm regularly and have always received great customer service.
