The home located at 69 South Sea Pines Drive is bright, spacious and comfortable. The five large bedrooms, each with private bathroom, are arranged to afford maximum privacy. On the entry level are two king master bedrooms and a third bedroom with twin beds. One of the masters opens to the pool deck and has a double bathroom with separate shower and whirlpool tub. Both Master bathrooms have a rainmaker shower head.

This is our third year with Vacation Rentals and would highly recommend them. With each year, properties have just gotten better and better. This was our best yet, beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated, with that home-from-home feel. Spacious bedrooms, huge dining table, lovely pool, you cannot fail to fall in love with this house. We would definitely return to this rental home. A short distance from the beach, although it does offer a cut through. Although the house is situated on a main road, it overlooks a marsh inlet and is situated next to a lagoon, very picturesque. You will not be disappointed.

The kitchen floor was not clean upon arrival. The upstairs pull out sofa bed should not be described as usable - it is not! The mattress doesn't even stay on the frame and the frame is bent. This sofa bed is in terrible condition and advertising it is incredibly misleading. There were no pool toys. The pool lights were broken and we called about this on our first day. No service was provided. The towels were too thin for drying an adult after a shower. The wash cloths were also tattered. The carpeting in the family room is badly stained. The kitchen was very well-equipped which was appreciated! The grill and back deck were very useful. The layout of the home is perfect for three families with children. We enjoyed the close to beach location as well as the 5 minute bike ride to the Salty Dog.

First, I would like to thank you for choosing Beach Properties of Hilton Head and taking the time to complete our e-comment form. We value our guest’s comments.
I am sorry for all of your issues and we have addressed the sleeper sofa issues. Unfortunately, we have to rely on the guest sometimes to let us know when something does not function as it should. As for pool toys, we really hesitate to allow these items to be furnished by the home again, due to safety issues that might arise because we can't always verify that they are functional and safe for children or adults.
I will share your comments about the cleaning and linens with the owner of the housekeeping company that services this home

How great to be able to seat all 13 of us at the table to eat together?! There is plenty of space for everyone. The walk to the beach is a little long (bring a wheeled device to lug all your stuff). Nice to be so close to the Salty Dog for restaurants and shops. The bike trails in Sea Pines are the best.

He had a great time at 69!! This is our second year in that house and it is the most equipped house on the island! We love it! It is so nice to have the family upstairs so we can send the children there. It was a little disappointing that there was a car stored there because we count on the garage for bike storage for 13 people! Other than that it is a great house!!!

Huge house with tons of room. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and had more space than we knew what to do with. Pool is great and beach is just a 2 minute walk. Harbour Town and South Beach are also just short bike rides away, perfect location. Can't wait to go back!!!

We had a one week stay with our extended family: adult children and grandchildren. We liked our location. It's proximity to the beach and South Beach was good for us. Travel and check in were simple, and close enough to stores etc. for easy week. We're looking at returning!

Our group consisted of 3 families- 13 total people. We had a great time and the house was perfect! The owner obviously thought of everything. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine. This house is perfect for kids! The pool is great and the space is wonderful! Bedrooms are all great sizes. The only things we would fix are the ice maker/freezer door and the dryer- it takes a while to dry things. The only problem we had with check in was that we needed the garage door code to get in and were not given it. We had to call the after hours number which was very helpful! We would definitely rent this house again!!! :)

We had excellent service from Beach Properties. There was a problem with the refrigerator and the company serviced it quickly. The layout of the home was perfect for our three families which included four children. Large King bedrooms and plenty of privacy for each family. The kitchen was large and beautiful. Also a very nice outdoor grill.
Location was a bit far from the beach but the house was worth the walk. We beached all morning and swam in the beautiful large pool all afternoon. We are returning to this house once again this year.
