7 Laughing Gull is a 3rd row, colorfully furnished, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home close to all Sea Pines amenities. It is the perfect home for your family vacation, and just a short walk to the beach.
The newly carpeted home features a den on the lower level with TV & DVD, adjacent full bath and access to the covered patio. The private swimming pool is totally enclosed with landscaped hedges and tall trees, and provides a variety of seating for both relaxing and sunbathing. The whole process of renting and checking in was seamless. Seven Laughing Gull was close to the beach and convenient to everything on and off the plantation. The weather was hot but it was august. Having our own pool was priceless to be able to relax, cool off and entertain the 10 month old. A pool is essential! I guess location and pool were the very best and I really have nothing to list as my least favorite. The home provide lots of room and a variety of places to have dinner when we stayed in and grilled. We found some excellent restaurant on the island and in Savannah.

We found the home to meet all of our wants and needs and a great value. The accomodations met all of our needs. It would have been nice to have a master bath but not a big deal.

Nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable home and nice walk to beach. House was very clean. Tv is placed in an strange place in living room and made watching it uncomfortable.
Biggest problem we would like to point out (for the safety of others) is that the driveway is very uneven. When cars are parked on the driveway it's not very visible where these areas are. My mother suffered a horrible fall the second day. Thank goodness nothing was broken, but she was badly bruised on her face, shoulder, hands, hip and knees and was quite uncomorftable the remainder of the vacation. I can't imagine what would have happened if it had been someone older or in frail shape.
