We had a wonderful time. This was the first time that we stayed in Sea Pines. We loved it. The bike riding and access to the beach. The property was very nice and very functional.

This was our first stay in this awesome house! We were leary of paying the high price but after staying a week, it was worth it!
The house was very clean and furniture is very comfy. My in-laws loved the Carolina room which was the quiet room. Guys were in living room with TV and teens were in downstairs level with access to pool. Plenty of rooms to accomodate everyone especially it was large enough to hold our Fathers Day gathering with families staying in nearby houses.
Kitchen was awesome, fully stocked and had more stuff than in my own kitchen at home in atlanta! Loved the bench in kitchen and people sat there and kept me company while I prepared meals.
Each bedroom had its own bath access so there were no quarreling from teens! However, my favorite shower was the outdoor shower. I discovered it on day 2 and loved it the space and privacy and took all my showers there rest of the week! 2 other family members discovered the secret and took their showers there too. So basically 2 showers in house were only used once or twice! The outdoor shower had a palm plant and table and chair. It was like a spa, take your glass of wine in there and just stand there with water raining over you while sun kissed your face. That was the best part of house for me!!
The beach access was great as well as the bike trails was just across the street. It was close enough for bike rides to South Beach and Harbour Town for dinner and shopping.
The pool water was just right, cool and clean after a hot day at the beach. My in-laws just loved sitting out there with their books and glass of wine.
We definitely will come back and stay for 2 weeks next time!! -

This was our third year of gathering of our extended family. The house was very nice and location superb, close to beach and other attractions and amenities. We would definitely return.

Beautiful home! Each bedroom has it's own in suite bathroom. Completely supplied kitchen is big and beautiful. Very easy walk down the path to the beach. Great location - 1/2 way between South Beach Marina and Harbor Town. We would definitely rent this one again!

The house and its surroundings are just beautiful! We loved it. I was alittle dissapointed that the carpets werent vaccumed, and there were fingerprints on the glass in the dinningroom and all over the fridge. Sounds petty, but we pay alot of $. Downstairs my boys stayed in the flowered bedroom. First door on the left at the bottom of the stairs...there bathroom floor had sand all over it and dead bugs by the baseboard. their was also a pink sock under their bed? Last year it was immaculate, so I was just surprised. We love the house though and are considering renting it the same time next year. Beach properties was terrific, took care of everything and plans went so smoothly.

I was looking for a 6 bedroom house to host my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Space-wise the house was great ... two bedrooms had twin beds which worked out great for the grandkids. The upstairs and downstairs seating areas generally allowed for and older and younger separation in the morning and then we would all get together upstairs in the evenings.
Loved the cathedral ceilings with wood beam and t&g; construction. And in general, I love the Sea Pines community.
For the price, the house was a little under furnished/polished ... nothing terribly but I expected a bit more. -

Our family rents a house in Sea Pines every summer. This house is just average. The location is great, the common areas are roomy, but the 6 bedrooms and closets are small. The kitchen is nice and well-supplied. We arrived in 5 cars to find only 3 parking spaces.

I agree that the bedrooms are a tad smaller than in some of the newer homes but I am surprised at the overall rating. This home has had a major overhaul in the past year with a new kitchen that most would envy, furniture and deck for grilling right off the kitchen.It also has 3 great living spaces plus a spacious screened porch right by the pool. The landscaping is indeed the envy of all on the street! I am sorry you did not see the value in the home though.

Great house with some exceptions. Ice maker in freezer and in the wet bar was broken. Air conditioning didnt work well for upstairs(cathedral cielings). Showers were very, very low pressure and went from hot to cold randomly. Great location. Beautiful beach.
