8 Long Boat is a gorgeous 5 bedroom, 4 full & 2-half bath oceanfront home on 4 levels offering beautiful panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. This home is ideal for large gatherings. The living room has large windows, vaulted ceilings, a 42 inch flat screen HDTV and two entries to the tiered deck leading out to the pool.
The fully-equipped eat-in kitchen has two sinks and a connected laundry/mud room with a half bath. Both master suites have a balcony with large master baths and jetted tubs. The fourth level has a loft with a Twin with Trundle and a private balcony looking out to the ocean.

Pool was highlight for youth...beach favorite of adults..ammenities close...historic towns of Beaufort and Savannah were nice day trips...Palmetto Beach community picture perfect and restful...house well appointed and comfortable ...One garbage disposal locked up... reported to management...was never fixed.

The house was extremely comfortable for the five nights and was furnished with all our needs. The only little downside was that the 4th and 5th bedrooms both had double beds and I had three other men in my group so one guest had to deal with smaller beds.

We lucked out with this house because the house we had originally rented sprung a leak and wouldn't be fixed by the time we were due to check in. Beach Properties offered us this beautiful house right on the beach for the same rent as the original house. The house was absolutely beautiful and the ocean views were breathtaking, especially off the deck from the top loft. Our only complaint was the kitchen cabinets and drawers were packed so full of stuff that we had a hard time finding a place to put our groceries away. It was the perfect size for our family and we all had a wonderful vacation. Thank you, Beach Properties - you're the best and we will be back!!

This property is perfect for two large families that want to enjoy both the beach and the comforts of a well maintained property. The feeling of seclusion is a welcome plus for a beach front property.
