This amazing, spectacular 3 bedroom, 3 bath first floor Barrington Court Villa offers incredible ocean front views, not just from the living and dining area but from each and every one of the 3 bedrooms as well. To further enhance t...he rewards of this great villa an exceptional deck awaits you. Here you may relax looking out to the sun, waves, beach and gently swaying palms. This deck is so large that you have access to it from every bedroom as well as the living area. This is a very exciting villa that offers a great pool complex including a large sunny pool and spa.

Inside, the living area has been totally refurnished with a handsome green, sea-glass blue, and beige striped sleeper sofa and matching loveseat, 2 attractive green barrel chairs including fun pillows with a fish motif, and new complementary glass-topped coffee and end tables. This spacious room is bright and airy for there are three sets of windows to captivate the viewer. Two of the three are large sliding glass doors leading to the deck with its various tables and chairs. Of course, the sofas are oriented to take in the mesmerizing views and a decorative fireplace with a 46" Flat Screen "Smart" TV mounted above it. There is also a "Blue Ray" DVD player and an enhanced sound system. Part of the great room is the dining area which offers a glass topped dining table, six chairs and, in essence, ocean front seating. Completing the dining area is a large pine armoire with special wine, mixed drink and liqueur glasses. Also a wall of mirrors affords the diner with additional views of the ocean.

The "U" shaped kitchen has attractive blonde cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and is open to the dining and living areas. Even standing in the kitchen you will have beach and ocean views. The flooring in both the kitchen and hall is tile and compliments the countertops and cabinetry. One section of the kitchen is a peninsula that produces a breakfast bar with three stools.

The master bedroom is fabulous, for here you will find two walls with windows offering great views, an upholstered king bed with matching fabric for the bedspread, club chair and table cloth covering an end table. A multi layered mirrored chest, a TV, and a DVD Player offer the finishing touches. The master bath offers a separate sink area and private bath with combination spa tub and shower.

The second bedroom also offers spectacular views via two walls of windows. Here you will find an upholstered queen bed, chest and bookshelves, end tables and TV with a DVD Player. The private bath has a shower. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and an oceanfront view as well as access to the balcony. The bath servicing this bedroom has a combination shower and tub and may be privately accessed or entered via the hallway to these two bedrooms. Off this hallway is the closet where you will find a stackable washer and dryer.

Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from April 1, 2012 until September 30,2012.

  Hhr&g; people were very nice and very helpful. Reservation and check in process was quick and easy. Barrington Court 113 is a very nice condo. The entire complex is well maintained and very nice. Nice beachfront unit. Nice pool and hot tub. Warm water in each in November. Beach is very nice. Plenty of parking and luggage carts.
  
  One small snafu. The linens for the pull out bed were not in the unit when we arrived. Housekeeping was called after hours and a message was left, but we never did see the linens and never received a returned call.

  Great location and comfortable but run down old amenities.

  Blinds are a pain in the neck to close and the one in family room is broken. Tvs and DVD players are old. Screens on the balcony doors are impossible to open and close. Many dining room chairs are wobbly.

  I have 2 sisters and the 3 of us and our husbands get together once a year. Each year we choose a different location, but this year was my turn to do the planning and I wanted to find a place that we could return to year after year and I believe I have found it in Hilton Head. The six of us have a wonderful and relaxing vacation and visit. So much to do, both as a group and as individuals. The location to the beach of this property was fantastic. We will be coming back. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

  Our fun filled week at Hilton Head, staying at the Barrington.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 113 Barrington Court. My wife and I took our son and his family to enjoy the Hilton Head Beach which we have enjoyed for more than 30 years. Our Ocean front condo was ideal for our family. The small children could play at the beach or splash in the swimming pool which was close by.We look forward to our next visit to Hilton Head. Our agent,Judy was excellent.

  We enjoyed our stay at Barrington 113 immensely. It was one of few villas that accomodates 8 people comfortably and provides the views of the ocen we were looking for. The appartment had everything we were looking for. The 3 bathrooms and three bedrooms made it very comfortable for two families. The balconies were awesome and the views magnificent! The only thing that we wish we had was free tennis at the near by tennis club as otehr renting companies provided in the years past.

  We were told this unit was wheelchair accessible and it was not we had to go out and purchase tools to take a door off a bathroom because a maintenance person was not available to come to the unit and take care of that. Many questions were asked in advance about the unit and they said they sent someone on site to check it out to see if it was accessible and came back stating that it was. We also found that there is no access to the beach for a wheelchair and again we were told by the rental company that this was in place and okay and actually there are many stairs and no ramp to get to the beach. So if you have someone in a wheelchair do not rent this unit or any at Barrington. I also would not recommend this company as a contact for renting they did a terrible job. In addition to this there were not enough towels or washcloths in the unit. The unit itself was clean and in good condition, but not worth the price we paid. I reported this information to the rental people and have not heard a word back from them again they are not very customer oriented.

  We are very sorry you were unhappy and inconvenienced and want to offer you a 15% discount on your next rental (with the exception of holidays). We are very concerned how you were told that information. Your reservationist put in our reservation notes that an Inspector measured this property, told the Reservationist it was not wheelchair accessible, and the Reservationist passed on that information to the person making the reservation. I am afraid none of our properties are classified as wheelchair accessible. I hope you will visit with us again so that we can make up for your discomfort
