This is an absolutely stunning like new 7 Bedroom (offers three masters), 7 bath spectacular vacation home with a heated pool*, and even includes an on site welcoming concierge service. This home has been masterfully decorated resulting in an incredible ambiance.

The sophisticated, yet warmly inviting beach themed décor looks like a model showroom befitt...ing any decorating magazine. British West Indies furnishings, sisal carpets, palm leaved chandelier, magnificent rattan beds, bamboo blinds and exotic plants just begin to describe this wonderful vacation environment.

This three-story home has been created to provide the guest with all the design detail expected in a home of this quality to include high ceilings, saturnia floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, heart of pine floors on the second floor, fireplace, multiple TVs and DVDs, surround sound and high-speed wireless internet.

Up to the first floor and through the arched doors you will be greeted by a beautifully decorated entrance hall with a carved shell mirror, hanging sconces, white antiqued chest, beautiful ornamental plants and a bamboo framed retro poster welcoming you to "Isle Del Sol" tropical paradise.

The great room is stunning as you are delightfully met with a gorgeous granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, white-antiqued cabinets, four breakfast bar stools and the saturnia floor that flows into the living area. The white clapboard wall has a gas fireplace and above it is a 50" built-in TV with DVD flanked by copper sconces, along with large built-in shelves thoughtfully decorated, including lighthouses, antique chests and tropical plants. The sofa, matching distressed wicker chairs, and a chair with ottoman sit upon a large sisal rug. Additional furnishings include a palmed chest, carved bird, and palms.

The dining area seats six comfortably at a rugged, thick-legged wooden table. Above is a unique three palmed and bamboo chandelier. The dining ambiance is enhanced by four large framed prints of tropical fish, and glass doors leading out to a small balcony.

The first of the seven bedrooms is on this floor. Here, you’re offered a very unusual dark rattan queen bed, numerous pillows, matching end tables and lamps, a sitting area with overstuffed chair and footrest. For your entertainment is an antiqued armoire with a plasma TV and DVD. The bath, reflecting the décor and luxury of the whole home has a granite counter top sink with antique faucets set into an antique chest. The glass door shower is flanked on three sides by stone. This bathroom offers a private access via the bedroom or hall.

Up to the second floor and here you’ll discover the stunning heart of pine floors. Each of the four bedrooms is unique, having its own private bath. There are two bedrooms with massive king beds, matching chest and end tables, and baths with dual sinks, granite and saturnia floors and walls.

The third bedroom, once again, beautifully decorated, offers a queen bed and private bath of granite and stone. The final bedroom on this floor has two twin bedsTV with DVD and private bath. Completing this floor is the laundry room.

Up to the third floor is the 3rd master bedroom that is special. Here you’ll not only discover a massive natural rattan king bed but also a large sitting area with matching chairs, two bamboo bar stools with matching table and another 50 built-in TV and, DVD . Additionally there is a sliding glass door, which provides access to a private balcony that offers a peek at the ocean. Also found is the private master bath. The 7th and last bedroom will be the ideal place for the kids. Offered here are two sets of trundle beds (sleeping for four), TV with DVD, two swivel rocking chairs and table, private bath with dual sinks and shower.

Outside the heated*, partially protected overhead 18’ x 8’ pool, lounge area with table and chairs, wall-mounted TV, and a gas BBQ are standing by to offer your group or family more fun and relaxation.

A block away is the town's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three to four minute or chauffeured** to via golf cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes.

  The house was very nice and clean. Rooms were all a great size and the amount of bathrooms were perfect. But the washer and dryer were not working when we got there and were never fixed. An attempt was made but no alternative was offered when they could not be fixed. With a family of 6 who packed lightly because we were supposed to have use of a washer and dryer, this creates some difficulties.

  The house was lovely as well as the accomodations. I would recommend that the side yard be manicured (grass cut) there was tall grass and weeds. Also, having a tv in each room. Two room did not have a tv.The family room tv only had about 5 channels and the tv channels could not be turned by the remote control.

  The accommodations work great for our group of 11 people.
  Our group consisted of 5 couples and one widow. The seven
  bedrooms and baths were great. Most of the meals were
  eaten in. The kitchen was very sufficient for our needs.

  Our entire family came and stayed together in this beautiful house for a week (and no one went home early!) They came from San Diego, Evergreen, CO, Indianapolis, Louisville and atlanta. The accomodations were excellent and we will stay here again.

  Service was average plus; Some information conflicts existed due to contacts split between Owner via Vrbo and the reservation service (Hhrentals). Incorrect contact info for the Linen Service provided but resolved.
  
  House layout was wonderful. Condition and amenities of the place were excellent. Elevator is needed for those that are aging.
