We had a large group of couples that stayed at this home. The girls did beach and the guys went golfing. This home was great and well cared for. Andre was very nice to deal with and even came by with a bottle of champagne. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a great time. The only complaint we had was the TV downstairs was a little small as we were trying to watch the Ryder Cup and NFL football with 16 or so people. All in all highly recommend

All I can say is wow! This house is better than advertised. It has everything one could want or need. Andre (owner) is very easy to work with and extremely friendly. I corresponded with him many times prior to the rental and only wish we could have met him while down in Hilton Head. I have stayed in HH several times renting large homes (all great), but I believe I found the one that I will be returning to in years to come. The oceanfront views from most of the rooms are spectacular and breathtaking. I found myself on one of the decks one night just staring at the ocean for an hour which felt like 5 min. The amenties here are great and this is a great home to rent for any family or 2-3 families. The location is so centralized on the island that everything you would want to do or eat is within 5-10 min. Also, because of where the house is, you are far enough away from the hotels so the beach almost feels like it's private. We even saw 2 dolphins breach the water from our deck one day - Absolutely amazing!! Do yourself a favor and rent this home if you want to treat your friends and family like royalty. There are very few sure things in life, but this is one of them.
